I am an avid Porsche enthusiast and I must say that Tyler Heinzelmann made this the most rewarding purchasing experience. Tyler is passionate about the Porsche brand and enjoys sharing some unique cars he has available with his online presence. A particular car caught my attention and is now on it's way to Oregon thanks to Tyler. His descriptions of this 23 year old car were spot on. I made arrangements to fly to Atlanta and Tyler picked me up from my hotel. He drove me to the dealership and wanted to make certain that the car was as represented. I was asked if I had any hesitation, as he would refund my deposit. There was no sales pressure and he was simply the most kind and genuine sales person I have ever met. I was introduced to several of his colleagues at the dealership and each of them wanted to make certain my purchase experience was special. They honored the price I was quoted and did not attempt to tack on an extra charge, such as a dealer processing or handling charge. I don't think I could purchase another Porsche elsewhere in the future after such a memorable experience with Tyler and his crew at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter.

I requested a detailed itemized list of charges, multiple times after we agreed on services to be performed and for services I declined at this time. When I arrived tp pay for services, bill was not itemized. In addition, requested Cayenne to be washed. Also presented coupon for free wash. When I picked up the vehicle, it was not washed. It was brought to me dirty! I inquired and they told me they would wash it. I waited 30-40 additional minutes, When I arrived at my truck, it was not washed properly. I had to go to another vendor to wash it. I was very disappointed. This was my first time at the Porsche dealership service center. Even though my vehicle is an older model, I expected the service to match the brand. I love my truck and its performance. Very disappointed. Considering using another service center.

The service is everything one would expect from the best car manufacturer in the world. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced because the process is so smooth.

Service Advisor was Scott. He was friendly and helpful. Our vehicle's problem was fixed and serviced within a reasonable time. Sales and service has always been outstanding. Only dealer I will buy a Porsche from in the future. First Class dealer in every way.

Everything was fine. The staff was friendly. Coffe was delicious and there was a good variety of everything. The areas were very upkept and clean.
