I had the best possible experience at Cross Jeep. Wil Wilczek and Matt Beard were the absolute best thing that could have happened to me during my pursuit of a new mid sized SUV. Not only were they beyond knowledgeable of the products they were selling, they were also extremely friendly, patient and observant of my time restraints within the process. In fact, I had no desire to take home a vehicle the day I purchased, but the sales team of Walt and Matt saw to it that my needs were met and that i left the suv buying experience extremely happy and beyond satisfied! The service at Cross Chrysler Jeep is excellent. Even the customers that wait in the waiting room are friendly. I believe those who bring their cars for service at this location believe this is a good place to shop for and get maintenance on your car. I purposely go to this location because they treat me like a customer they want to keep. I could drive to a closer Chrysler shop, but Cross Chrysler Jeep is better than all the rest!

I looked for a Used Mercedes for a while. After seeing the one I bought on Cross website I called. I spoke with Hunter Doerr on the phone and went to Cross to look at it. Hunter was wonderful to work with and helped us a lot. The experience with Hunter and Cross was great. I would definitely deal with them again.

The team did a great job installing and testing my 2.5" lift. The Jeep looks awesome and they made sure I would have no rubbing issues anywhere.

I had an excellent experience at Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat. My salesperson, Hunter Doerr, is very friendly and knowledgable. The sales manager, Jared Cross, is not in some back room somewhere, he is right next to the front door. I think this is a good example for what I found different and pleasant about this dealership. I came in on an advertised price, and they acknowledged this from the start; I felt that all of the numbers they showed me made sense, and they were negotiating in good faith. Furthermore, everyone I have encountered at this dealership from the parts counter to the service cashier really seem to buy in to their customer service mission. I am extremely impressed with Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat.
