The customer service was on point. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I was brought home while my vehicle was being serviced and I didn?t have to wait long to be brought back to pick up my vehicle.

Scott Wood was our salesman . This is the second new car we have bought from him this year . He makes the buying process very easy with no pressure whatsoever. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We will only go to Honda World for our car buying experiences in the future.

Easy appointment set up, great communication, and work appears to be top end. Made the appointment online. Diagnostic information was conveyed with video via text with a link. Verbal communication with project manager was good. Handle invoice and payment via text and couldn?t have been easier.

Wonderful, prompt treatment, as always. Debra took care of everything. She alerted me as the day went on. She handled all of my questions. She let me j is when the repairs were completed.
