Damon is truly one of a kind! I have been in sales for years and have dealt with customers of all kinds and I can guarantee that I did not handle myself with as much poise and professionalism as Damon. I will be recommending him to anyone I know in the market for a new or used vehicle. She answered my questions—even after hours—and made sure I understood every feature of my new car. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. Demetrius was also fantastic and helped make the process smooth and efficient. He explained all warranties and made sure I left the dealership with the most important aspects of my vehicle covered. We ended up buying an CRV and had a great experience throughout the process. Rodney and Seth were easy to negotiate with, and we felt we got a fair price with no pressure. Rodney was very informative and answered all our questions. We would definitely come back again.
