I walked in on a Friday morning and was greeted by Jacob,

I walked in on a Friday morning and was greeted by Jacob, I informed him that I was interested in the bronco. Jacob welcomed me and was ready to get me in one, and we were off test driving. I instantly fell in love, not with Jacob, but with a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Heritage edition in robins egg blue. To make a long story short. I am a proud owner of a brand Ford Bronco. Best decision I made that Friday morning. Jacob and the crew at Westfield Ford are the best out there.

Purchasing a certified pre owned F150

Very respectful and helpful. Smooth process. I?ve had my truck serviced here as well. Great place. Very accommodating.

Bad experience

I purchased a truck from them and I just didn't feel like they were willing to go above and beyond. They seemed to be focused on them. So often dealers forget we (customers) are the ones paying for the experience.

We were buying from out of state, and feel they took

We were buying from out of state, and feel they took advantage of us. The sales guy tried to use his health issues to make us feel bad, to help convince us to buy the car. The vehicle runs great, but he wasn't honest about all the dents and scratches on it. We bought the vehicle anyways, but then got a horrible surprise after getting it home and washing it. We don't know exactly what they used to cover the sanded down and primed spot over the back wheel well, but after washing it all the cover up came off and now it looks awful. Overall it was not a good experience and I would NEVER buy a vehicle from here again.

Wonderful friendly staff.

Wonderful friendly staff. Easy to deal with from the salesman to the general manager to finance. We even had a nice conversation with the owner.

Russell brown is the best honest salesman since 1986 when I started working with him. He is a man of his word and continues to give me the utmost attention ind knowledge of cars when I purchase with him. And his staff is just as good
