2017 Corvette

The wife and I worked with Frank Rehling and the sales manager Jason Gallowway for the purchase of a used 2017 Corvette. Their professionalism was second to none. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Even the maintenance team stayed late to work on some small issues for us.

Bad credit - Nice car

We have been with Bob Bell for the past 11 years and have always had a good experience. This time I had bad credit and walked out with a 2017 Chevy Equinox with only 30k miles. Jones Junction sold my daughter a 1 year old vehicle with a broken transmission and non fixable electrical problems. They would not take the car back and I had to take up another loan to buy another car. Never again, it was a total nightmare. Bob Bell has sold us cars which last forever and if there was a problem, they fixed it. Thanks guys.

Terrible customer service

Very disappointed in the customer service I have experienced at Bob Bell. Previously, they wrote down my phone number wrong when I took my car for an oil change and they swore they had been calling me for days, I asked them the number they were calling and it was not the right number. They have two separate numbers on file for me and instead of looking into it and finding the correct number, they just waited for me to call and ask if my car was ready. Secondly, I recently took my car because a service light was on. I was put on the phone with someone naked Katie who not only was inconsistent about what was covered/not covered under warranty, she was very reluctant to explain anything to me about why things were so inconsistent. When asked to please speak to someone else, she continued to harass me and laugh. After the third time I asked to speak someone else I actually had to hang up the phone on her. Then she called me twice in a row AND sent me a text message continuing to harass me. I have never experienced anything so insane in any customer service situation in my entire life and cannot believe how she was acting. When I called back, I asked for the manager. I received his voicemail. I still haven’t had a call back and it’s been over a week.

First Time Service

Excellent first visit. Appointment scheduled was kept and wait time was very minimal. No issues at all and will definitely be using this location for all my needed services.

Went to this dealer with a friend, who is on a fixed income, to help him buy a car. They had the car he was looking for, but it had damage on the passengers side. We sat down with the salesman and sales manager to discuss the damage and price. They offered the car for $27k. We left without purchase. A few days later my friend called them and ended up going back to purchase the car. The ended up selling the car to him for more money than they offered. They also pushed thousands of dollars of additonal add ons, like paint protection and extended warranties. We eventually had them taken off the deal. This was a bad experience and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I'm sure there are plenty of other dealers close by, that have people of integrity working for them.

GREAT AND FUN EXPERIENCE

Excellent salesman, Justin Brown, he was very friendly, with a great sense of humor! The rest of the staff at Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air were also very kind. We told Justin what we wanted in a SUV, and he found us the perfect vehicle!!! Love, love, love it!!

Great Buying Experience

I had a bad experience at another dealership and went to Bob Bell in Bel Air to continue my new vehicle search. I found associates who listened to and evaluated my needs, and made appropriate recommendations, without any undue pressure. Bill in Sales and his manager, Chris, both worked to get me a very good price for a very nice vehicle. It is accurate to say that they exceeded my expectations when it came to price, customer service and satisfaction. I recommend Bob Bell of Bel Air to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and wants to be treated with honesty and respect.

Best place to go hands down

I was overall amazed on the customer service and getting me a great deal on my new Camaro SS. Love the car and my sales rep Tim also know as fry he’s the best treats everyone with the upmost respect and know exactly what I wanted in a car.
