We were working with Victor by phone and Aaron (The Whip Wizard) in person. We went in knowing what we wanted to spend. After test driving a few vehicles and thought about our options. Aaron made it happen!!! He was professional, friendly and inviting. We will be recommending friends and family here as well as coming back to get another vehicle myself! Awesome Service!!!

Disappointing

Have been a customer for the past 7 years. Before the Knight group took over the dealership, service was actually decent. I would pass up a Ford dealer closer to me because Sunrise appreciated my business. My last 2 Visits have been unacceptably sad. The service desk attendants were less than courteous. For my last service I made an appointment which was not honored when I arrived, not even after displaying my confirmation email. They explained that it was a flaw in their online service. They made me feel like I was such a burden on their backlog and placed me at the end of their line. Never a ‘sorry’ for the inconvenience and wait, never a single thank you. No hurt feelings here though, I’m sure I’ll find another dealer who has values and appreciates my business.

I purchased a truck from Sunrise in April and I am still

I purchased a truck from Sunrise in April and I am still waiting on Plates that they charged me for. The good thing is my son only turns 16 once and with this pace he will never drive the truck till he is 17! Its sad to say I had a better experience at the DMV! What a joke they have their money and will not help! Thanks for nothing Brian!
