just dont

ripped off on an alternator bought from here, was defective, never worked and wont return it.....just dont.. they also said i could return it to ANY =ford dealer, wrong again, my local deal laughed when i asked about it , so ??? now what ??? the parts dept here is pretty lame

I found this car dealership on truck trader looking for a used Chevy Silverado found a 2021 Chevy Silverado, very clean truck, experience was awesome Sunrise Ford gave me a decent trade in value for my car I would recommend them to buy a vehicle anytime!

They haven they wanna sell parts that I don't need

If I could give 0 I will Ruben is sucks I'm calling for parts and no body answers I'm in the phone since 1 and no body answer but to buy a car and you receive like 100 calls this place is a joke....... the only guy that is doing is job is Mike I hope that he takes Ruben place... fire ruben

Poor customer service in the service department.

Poor customer service in the service department. Appointment times dint matter to them. And they reset on your sync functions to their liking. Even deleted my phone had to reinstall it

They had my truck for 2 months to replace the transmission, during that time it was broken into and items were stolen from inside, they refuse to repair the chipped glass from the break in and will not replace the items stolen from the inside, they did not inform me of the break in till I went to pick up my truck

Do not come here if you do , do NOT go to Anthony

The salesman I got stuck with tried to give me a low price for my trade in, when I didnt feel comfortable with the price and decided to not go with the buy Anthony followed me out to try to convince me carmax wont give more for our trade ins the way they do, DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALER, and if you do DO NOT GO WITH ANTHONY hes a young kid who doesn't know anything

Sold me a cheaply made plastic part and it broke on

Sold me a cheaply made plastic part and it broke on installation and they won’t stand by thier product. Disappointed that they only want to treat the customer right when they sell you a vehicle but they can care less once you drive off. I was actually in the process of working with somebody to trade my vehicle in there but after this, I’m going elsewhere.
