They are rated as Honest!

They are rated as Honest!!! I have a receipt where they charged me for a tire rotation on the same receipt that shows I had them replace all 4 tires. I've made at least 10 calls to talk to the service advisor or his manager and have not heard from anyone. Keep in mind that I purchased the vehicle from them and no one has ever touched the vehicle except them. We also traded in a Honda we purchased from them for this one.

I came in with a plan and they helped me stick to the plan in a timely manner. Rick was great and informative as well as the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager as well. Was able to walk out with a brand new Honda Civic!

I was VERY impressed with a sales associate there, Rossi

I was VERY impressed with a sales associate there, Rossi Marquez, She is a true delight, and Holler is lucky to have her. She impressed me (and that's not easy, as I've been a top salesman and sales trainer for over 30 years) but her humble and un-push approach. Everything she said and did was spot on in my book. So, if you're going to buy a car from this dealership, go see Rossi. Ask for her. Enjoy the experience working with the kind of person you really want to have helping you. I never write reviews, but this one needed to be written. I believe in rewarding excellence. Rossi was excellent! 5 Stars for Rossi! A natural salesperson. A delight.

Andy Loney was very proactive, responsive, and informative when presenting the new 2025 Honda Pilot TrailSport we inquired about via internet sales. Andy sent a video of the vehicle upon its immediate arrival. Then, Andy answered our questions via email and text, continuously. During our test drive and prior to taking delivery, Andy explained step-by-step the features of the vehicle--ensuring we're driving safely back home.
