Very pleased with salesman and transaction

I was very pleased with my salesman, Pedro Earle, at Holler Honda. He was very patient to explain all the features of my new Honda Accord Hybrid. It was a steep learning curve for me since I traded in a 13 year old car. The financial transaction process is always slow and takes hours, but everyone involved was pleasant and informative.

Thursday 10/3/2019, I broght my Pilot 2013 to Holler Honda for service as usual. I just got out of work and had no appointment ( sorry for this) However Jennifer Lupo did a very good job to take care my car. She is very friendly and work well on her tasks to make process go smoothly and on time. Thanks Jennifer and highly recommend her to customers

Excellent customer service

Everyone made the buying process quick and easy, no hassling. Gisel was super informative about each of the cars function and really listened to what would be best in my interest. Jamie was great gave me the best deal and promotion available and really worked out each possiblity that would be available with me. Javier in fiance was great as well, he explained everything thoroughly making me feel comfortable in understanding exactly what was expected. Overall everyone at this facility made it feel more like a family environment and exceeded my expectations when buying a car!

This was a fantastic and smooth experience. Going in to just test drive and see what my preference on a car would be. I ended up leasing a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback. I was in and out in 3 hours. Clever Filho went above and beyond to help make this experience easy. I highly recommend Holler Honda and would send all my friends and family to see Clever Filho.

JOHN Citrone with Drivers Mart Holler Honda was extremely helpful thru the entire process, he really helped ease our anxiety from start to finish. They do need more pens for customers😊

Red Hat Express Service

I had an issue with my 2018 Civic and I called at closing time to get an appointment and they brought me in the next morning and Jjohnson Severe walked me through the process professionally. I did not have to wait longer than an hour and the car is driving perfect again! Thank you Holler Honda service team!

I give Manny Vando a 5 star for his compassion & understanding. He explained everything to me & was up front about what needed attention now & what could wait for my next appointment. I appreciated his honesty through the entire process. I hope to have him again next time. Holler Honda is blessed to have him.

Avoid this dealership and service dept

I really regret buying from this dealership. I bought a 2019 Fit EX. Steven Soto in finance was pushy and rude. I bought aftermarket leather seats. DO NOT do this. Yes, you’ll will pay a little more to go up a trim but you will be happier. The seats I have look terrible. DO NOT do any business with this dealership’s service department. I made a service appointment with Nester Perez to have the leather seats and tint installed. Both were supposed to be done the same day. Instead the seats took the entire day and my tint job was cancelled. No one bothered to call to update me on the situation. I found out at the end of the day as I was picking up my car that I would need to take more time to set up another appointment a week later if I wanted the tint done. The leather seats, as I mentioned, looked terrible. They were Katzkin seats installed by a company called American Radio, in Longwood. The leather was extremely loose and not cut correctly to fit the seats. I had to make another appointment to get the installer to fix this and they STILL weren’t right (currently fighting with Katzkin to get them fixed correctly). $1300 by the way...I’d prefer the ugly cloth seats back at this point, but that seems unlikely to happen. When I brought to the attention of Nester, who set the install up, he completed ghosted me. No returned calls or email replies. Equally unhelpful were Service Manager William Harris and Service Director Mike Laing (the latter didn’t even have the courtesy to return a call personally, after I left him a voicemail specifically stating I was having problems with his service department staff). Instead he had one of his employees call me back. This is the kind of service you can expect from Holler Honda. Oh, and the tint, as you might expect, is twice as expensive as most places in town. Once I found this out, I requested a refund. The refund check was supposed to be mailed to me. But I found out several days later it was sitting at the dealership. So I wasted more time to go pick that up. And I’ve never met a company more stingy than Honda. They don’t even include a cargo cover with my new vehicle. No, that’s an extra $170 accessory. They don’t even throw in a complimentary oil change. What a joke. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. STAY AWAY!!!

Thank you Eric for your business. We are sorry to hear that the aftermarket leather we installed on your Honda Fit did not meet your expectations. Our dealership and the owner of the leather company have gone above and beyond to rectify this for you. However, we were met with unrealistic expectations through various verbal encounters. Despite our efforts, it seems we still have not been able to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. During some of the encounters you have had with our team, you were overly harsh and used inappropriate language. We do not tolerate this kind of behavior. For this reason, we feel that your needs are better met elsewhere in the future.

Consumer response

Based on my previous experiences with this dealership, I was not at all surprised by their response. LIES and DEFLECTION. They stated that I used “inappropriate language” during my encounters with them. First, this NEVER happened. I’d love to see proof of this. Second, nearly all of my attempts to communicate with them by phone and email were completely IGNORED. Their claim that they went “above and beyond” to meet my “unreasonable expectations” is absurd. They chose the vendor that did my leather install. I had no say in the matter. Yet they take no responsibility for his work. I have documentation from both Katzkin and the installer that the original install was not even close to being done right. Asking them to finish the job is not unreasonable. I also find it rather convenient that they only touched on the leather and not the other service issues mentioned in my review. It’s a shame that this business has to resort to deception and LIBEL rather than taking responsibility for their own shortcomings. I will certainly take their advice and take my needs elsewhere in the future. But they have not heard the last from me on these issues...

HONDA ACCORD EXL REPAIR

Assigned service advisor was Manuel Vando at Holler Honda. After the meet & greet, Mr. Vando took the time to check that there was a recall for the particular problem I had with my Accord EXL, The repair was on time as promised (Same Day). I needed pricing for a repair on my Honda Pilot and Mr.Vando was on point and provided me all of my possible options. I had to order a part and my service advisor showed me where the parts department was. Over all experience 5 stars, I thank Mr. Manuel Vando for the professional manner in witch help with the many service requests I had. Thank You!!!
