Thank you Alejandra you are a gem!! The staff was very professional, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. They were attentive and listened to what I wanted. My only suggestion would be to take a client’s budget into full consideration from the beginning—including things like gap insurance and any other important add-ons. These details should be discussed before the deal is finalized, not afterward. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement in financial transparency.
