Made an appointment for a b1 service. When I booked online it said it would be one price. When I got there, I was told it would be double. Why the bait and switch? Nothing I could do at that point so i paid it. Service otherwise was good. But just didn’t appreciate the pricing problem.

Enrique Guisandes Was AMAZING! From the very beginning of booking my appointment until the process was over. Extremely patient and kind. Definitely did not have “sales” manners (as I call it) where you feel pressured. As long as Enrique is here, I will definitely be back. He definitely earned my trust!!!

Cortney is very friendly and professional. Really knows his stuff and delivers on excellent customer service. He got our issue taken care of in less time than promised. Will return to Classic Honda when we need service again even though it is not our closest Honda dealer.
