Excellent service

The reception was very warm and friendly when I arrivedfor my appointment and the complete service was done I was thanked foe=r bringing my car to Williams Honda. It was all a very complete service.

Stellar service department

Honest and efficient service and customer service. Ed Ropp(sp?) and the service department is the main reason I drive a Williams Honda.

GREAT COMPANY

MY EXPERIENCES WITH WILLIAMS HONDA HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. ED, YOUR SVC MGR, HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A JOY TO WORK WITH. I RECOMMEND WILLIAMS TO EVERYONE IN BOTH YOUR SALES AND SERVICE DEPARTMENTS VERY HIGHLY.

Pleasent service experience

My vehicle was taken in almost immediatly and the wife and I were made comfortable in the waiting room. Everyone was friendly and courteous to us. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time and we were on our way with in a short time after paying our bill.

Friendly people, good service, nice facilities

The people were very friendly and helpful. They always tell you what they are going to do before they do it and usually with a quote.

Great Service

The front desk guy Ed is so nice! Very easy to des with every single time I'm there and I'm sure days of his job aren't always easy but every time I'm there he's beyond friendly and honest.

The service is efficient. My vehicle was taken in as scheduled. I can wait for it, therefore I don't need to arrange for a ride.

Low pressure great sales experience

The sales agent, Bill Ohara, was a genuinely likable guy. He answered questions and did not apply a lot of pressure. The process of purchasing the vehicle was simple. Bill pretty much took care of everything.
