I left an honest review for this dealership and because...

I left an honest review for this dealership and because of the honest review about them not delivering the car as promised I was contacted and harassed for me leaving a review on Social Media. I was hoping to work this out as I had already been approved for the vehicle. Be careful with this dealership as the management will harass you for leaving honest negative feedback. I guess it was to hard to reach out and make things right.

I had a good experience

I dealt with Jim and Keith buying a new mustang. I got a great deal and they were very helpful. I would go to bob bell again for a new car.

They were nice and the facilities were clean. They were willing to help if needed things went as smoothly as possible they had a lot of selection

Ralph Taylor was my salesman. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions , if he didn't know the answer he found out. I was once a GM at a Ford L-M dealer and I have only ever purchased previously owned perfect cars. I purchased an Expedition that was cherry. Ralph handled the sale and the delivery like a pro. I would definitely hire him .

Great experience

Bob Bell Ford was excellent. They worked hard on getting me what I wanted in for my trade, in the car I wanted, financing and with financing. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

3 separate labor rates in less than an hour?

I bought my car from here....so I usually get the oil changed here as well. On this particular time for my regular oil & filter changed...I was recommended getting the engine air filter and cabin filter replaced. I said to myself: "Hmmm. it's probably time to....OK let's do this". Now I figured that there was an additional cost for the filters.....but what PIST ME OFF was the 3 separate LABOR RATES that came with it!! The tech already has my hood up; and it doesn't take but a few extra moments to change the filters.....BUT AT $18.24 an hour for 1 filter and $ 19,95 for the other......and you were already under the hood for $24 an hour for the OIL CHANGE? !!! That's why there are "Jiffy Lube & other places".... xxxx... they also wash your windows and vacuum your interior; top off your fluids!! Some of the newer spots do even MORE without charging more!

Shady, shady, shady

Absolutely one of the shadiest car dealers I have ever dealt with! I had to file a report with the Maryland State Attorney General for their violation of Consumer Protection Laws!! They began negotiating with me on a vehicle and then suddenly decided without any evidence that they needed to increase the price $5000!!! Don't waste your time or your money with a dealer who behaves in this fashion, their are plenty of other dealers who won't pull these types of sales tricks!!

2020 Ford Raptor purchase

My 2020 Ford raptor purchase went very smoothly. They gave me more than I had expected to get for my trade in too. The sale manager Marc Bortnick was great to deal with and extremely professional! I will gladly purchase another vehicle from Bob Bell Ford.
