Great customer experience - highly recommended
Three weeks ago I drove all the way from St. Louis to buy my certified BMW 550 from Century. The experience from start to finish did not disappoint. Bradley Dale was my sales rep and he was extremely responsive from the moment I reached out with interest via an online form. Since I was an out-of-town buyer who is 6.5hrs away (each way) I needed to ensure I knew everything I could about the car and its condition. Bradley answered all my questions and I asked a ton of them. I requested videos and he sent them. The actual condition of the car matched the expectations Bradley set through his photos, video and our conversation. We were able to handle all price negotiations prior to me ever hitting the road and there were no surprises when I arrived. I arrived and quickly toured a beautiful state-of-the-art facility. Everyone I met was friendly and seemed genuinely excited to see me. In fact, I had more than one person come up to me unprompted to ask if I was the one buying that specific 550 and to tell me how much I was going to love it. I arrived and left with a sense of confidence in my purchase. David McGhee, the Finance Manager I worked with, made the process quick and seamless. They ensure all paperwork that was needed to register my car in my home state (MO) was filled out and mailed to my local license bureau. Through and through this was a truly great buying experience!

Ryan Lassiter Rocks
We were in a bit of a rush to purchase a BMW last month because our pre-paid rental for our total loss was ending. Ryan Lassiter is the fellow assigned to take all incoming calls. While our dealership experience was excellent all around, we want to note that had it not been Ryan at the helm, we likely would not have made our purchase at Century. He had a cheerful disposition, I could hear his energy through the phone. And even though he was not the salesperson, he stayed an HOUR LATE the night before we showed up, to make sure all of our questions were answered. I give this experience an 11 out of 10 being the highest! Thank you Ryan and team!

Excellent experience
i appreciated that they offered the Carfax report online. When I visited the dealership, even though I was there to purchase a low priced used car, they made me feel special as a customer. I will definitely consider Century BMW when I am in the market for another vehicle.

Fantastic service center, absolutely perfect experience!
I recently brought my newly acquired 2008 M3 in to check out a few concerns I had. James Rohrer, my service advisor, provided me with excellent and attentive service right from the start. My technician, Daniel Eggett thoroughly addressed every issue I was having and explained everything I needed to understand in full detail. Both staff members were a pleasure to work with, and they had me out of there in no time. Car was clean and shiny when it was returned. Very happy customer, highly recommend!

I had a problem with my 328 I convertible top not closing properly. It turned out not to be a mechanical problem,but something left in the trunk in the wrong place blocking the top from closing.Jon Shaffer took care of the problem, quickly and was more than fair with me .Thanks Jon and Century BMW

Great Service by Jim Rohrer
My service experiences with Jim Rohrer have always been very positive. He is courteous, effective and prompt to diagnose and repair my car. This time it took only two hours total time and I was highly pleased with the satisfactory result. Jim's explanation of what the problem was, was most appreciated and easily understood.
