Came back to Century Mini in Greenville SC for oil change. It was the second oil change service for my leased Mini Cooper. Beside the fact that oil change... service took almost two hours I was a little confused why my car with only 25,000 miles has worn out from tires that had to be changed?! My guess is that when I came for the service the first time no one bothered to rotate tires in the first place. Beside the fact that lease is rather expensive I didn?t anticipate to spend 320$ for new tires (I had to do it somewhere else - Century Mini didn?t have ones that fit my vehicle) I also had to find a shop where alignment can be done as well. That?s another 120-179$ depending on the shop. So here is the question: is dealership leased me a vehicle with old used tires ? Could that be prevented if service team rotated tires on my car? As you can see I am not very happy about additional expenses and wasted time. I love driving my mini, I have no mechanical problems while driving , I had great service when I leased my car, but now I have regrets about leasing cuz only a year and 3 months later I already having issues with it.

I recently traded in my car for a pre owned BMW 328i sedan at century BMW of greenville sc. I was hesitant at first due to previous comments I had read.... My first conversation was with Cameron via the Internet and phone, he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. First impressions are extremely important. I went into the dealership a few days later and was greeted immediately by my salesman Mr. Baynes Norton. I was with my young son and he treated us both with kidness and made us feel welcome. I was trading in a uncommon and expensive car that took some time to get information on. We were at the dealership for 4+ hrs. Chris the pre owned manager and Tommy the GM went out of there way to help me with a financial situation that needed to be addressed. Thank you again! I have purchased a few cars and this was absolutely the most stress free, professional and pleasant buying experience I have experienced. It is what you would expect from buying a A line car such as BMW. My final encounter was with Ian in finance, he was funny, professional and extemly helpful after a long day. I highly recommend Century BMW and other dealerships should use them as a standard to look up to and learn from. I will update my review after my first service appointment, as that is where many complaints come from. I will be purchasing more cars from them in the future and am grateful that I gave them a chance despite the negative reviews. You won't be disappointed. Cheers to all at CENTURY BMW OF GREENVILLE. Routine service plus brake fluid change. Car was taken to service bay promptly after arrival.Mr James Rohrer explained what was to be done in a knowledgeable,professional... manner. Car maintenance was completed in a timely manner and returned ready to drive after vehicle was washed and vacuumed. Could not be more pleased with the service or Mr James Rohrer customer care.
