Crappy customer service and fabricating information to deny valid warranty claims. I reported corrosion and blemishing on the steering wheel emblem of my 2024 5 series. My vehicle is still under the factory bumper to bumper warranty. During my initial visit, I was told the damage was caused by "harsh chemicals" used to clean the interior. I refuted this explanation, as the corrosion is beneath the protective clear layer. After that, I was told the information would be sent to BMW for review and that I would be contacted with next steps. No one followed up. Over the next several weeks, I called the service department multiple times and left several messages for my service advisor. None of my calls or messages were returned. Most recently, during a conversation with a representative regarding a recall notice I'd received, she provided assistance in trying to get an update on the emblem replacement. She checked with my advisor and relayed back to me that the issue was "not covered under warranty." When I explained that the vehicle is still fully covered, I was transferred back to the same advisor who has never returned any of my calls. I left another voicemail and still have not received a response. I'm now told that the issue was submitted to BMW and was denied. When speaking to BMW, I was informed that warranty approval is made at the dealership level. So there is clearly contradicting information is being provided to me. If information was submitted to BMW and the claim was denied, i suspect false information had to have been submitted in order to avoid repairing a defect that's still under warranty.

The car was good and the pricing was good. Sales went smoothly. The title got held up By the DMV which was not Century's fault. However, in repeated attempts by two different individuals to trouble shoot the title problem, phone calls to the responsible individual were not answered and messages were not returned. Very unprofessional! We even went in to the dealer and he was not available with no backup.

We brought our 2015 BMW 4 series in for a recall a few weeks ago. So, the recall was fixed but the service tech told us that the case to hold the parking brake cable was cracked. And they wanted $1100 for that. I said no and will take it to a reputable shop that only work on German cars. Long story short they put it on the lift; used flashlights and throroughly looked for it. Both said everything was fine and showed me where the cable traversed and nothing was cracked. BEWARE everyone, Don't think I need to explain this any further

⚠️ Warning: This dealership operates with deceptive and unethical practices ⚠️ I purchased a 2026 BMW X5 from Century BMW on September 3, 2025, and paid the full amount (approximately $70,000). As of November 9, 67 days have passed, and the dealership has not transferred ownership, has not provided a valid temporary tag, and has repeatedly given false, inconsistent, and misleading statements about the title and delivery. They have promised many times that “the title is on the way,” yet have never provided proof, a tracking number, or any confirmation of issuance. I’ve been in direct contact with the General Manager, Chad Domonoske, since October 14 – and instead of resolving the issue, he has given repeated excuses and inconsistent information for weeks. This reflects a severe lack of integrity, professionalism, and accountability from upper management down to the sales staff. This prolonged delay has caused significant financial harm to my registered business. A formal complaint for suspected dealer misconduct has been filed with the South Carolina DMV Vehicle Fraud Division, and legal action is in progress. ⚠️ Buyer Warning: This dealership accepted full payment but failed to transfer legal ownership documents, continuing to operate without transparency or responsibility. Do not buy from them – even if the price or the car seems appealing. It’s simply not worth the nightmare. I paid in full, yet I still cannot legally drive, register, or hold title to the vehicle in my name. If the dealership wishes to respond publicly, I invite them to do so with verified proof – not empty promises. Every statement above is fully documented and supported by official correspondence and evidence.

Yarin,   Thank you for the review. When you purchase the car from us, one in your party was notified the X5 you purchased could have a delay in the title coming in. The title was sent to the original owner from the bank, as this was a pre owned X5 with very low miles. The title was dropped in the wrong mail box on accident and lost in the mail. We immediately applied for a duplicate title which the DMV takes 2 to 3 weeks to print and send. Every attempt to solve this problem with you has been met hostility and wrongful acqusations of Century BMW. Furthermore many written attempts to purchase the car back were ignored. Your title will be here soon.   Chad Domonoske 864-335-3702

Best dealership in the entire WORLD from Customer Service to Repairs to vehicle inventory. The Client Advisor that assigned himself to us was Joey Riggs. Joey worked ALL DAY LONG without a lunch break to make sure that me and my Step Daughter, who also purchased a vehicle from Century BMW, our process was smooth and painless from beginning to end! Kudos to Client Advisor Joey Riggs! Kudos also to Finance Manager Amr Elnagger who also went above and beyond as Joey Riggs did in making sure that the car purchasing process was as smooth as could be! Please see Joey Riggs, Client Advisor, and Amr Elnagger, Finance Manager, for their assistance in a vehicle purchase of your choice! CENTURY BMW of Greenville, South Carolina gets a (5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) rating from me!!!

Most professional car buying experience in my fifty years of working with dealerships. They actually agreed to a trade in value upfront before requiring me to drive four hours and possibly waste an entire day. They honored their word and I was on the road with my BMW within 45 minutes. No games or bait & switch tactics and I would highly recommend you calling Joey Riggs to give him a chance before buying elsewhere.
