Today was an beautiful day thanks to both Sean and Scott. Not only did the dreams of my husband and I had of having a car come true, but the experience itself was more amazing than we could have ever dreamed. These two gentlemen were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and supportive of our needs. It is not very often that you meet people who go above and beyond what is expected of them, and truly care about what they are doing and the impact they will have in your day and life. From the moment we met these two, we were greeted with a level of care and understanding that is not likely rivaled by anyone. They answered all of our questions, quieted our concerns, and gave assurance that made us excited to be a part of the KIA family. They stuck with us throughout the entire process and made us feel like royalty. I cannot recommend a better place to go of you are interested in a new car. You will get more than you ask for, regardless of what you can spend or what the outcome of your visit is. Compromising with price, but now in values, these guys aim to provide a superior experience.

Superior excellence
Compelled to take the time out of my busy schedule to write this review, to say that I'm credit challenged is an understatement, but you couldn't tell it by the way I was treated from the moment I walked through the door till the moment I drove off the lot all of there employees were friendly and courteous to say the least, and two that I had the pleasure of dealing with were absolute Angels sent from God the patience and time they took to explain and make sure that I was comfortable ever step of way. I would and have recommended this dealership to anyone who will listen

Excellent and Smooth Experience
Walked in the parking lot to check the inventory and Dwayne showed up to help. He showed me exactly what I was looking for, took a test drive, and a couple of hours I drove off with a new car. I would definitely recommend Dwayne Roberts and this dealership. Thank you.

Best car buying experience
I didn't know what to expect going in to this dealership. Especially after having been to a lot of different dealerships and not feeling comfartable. But My experience was wonderful, my salesperson Jamal made my car buying experience comfortable and easy. I love my new optima and I have found my permanent dealership for future purchases.

Awesome dealership.
This dealership is so wonderful. Everyone is friendly, funny and provides wonderful service. This is our 2nd time buying a car with Dwayne Roberts in a year and a half. The 1st time was around memorial day weekend in 2013. Now here I back again right before Cheistmad of 2014. Merry Christmas to all of you and keep up the good work. I probably will come back and buy another car with you guys within the next three years. You guys are wonderful!!!

Dwayne is the man....
Dwayne is an excellent sales person. He works his tail off to meet the expectation of what your looking for in a car as well as what your looking for in price. He came in on his day off and sat with me, my boyfriend and my mother for three whole hours on his day off!!! He was a great help in explaining how we could go about trading in my car and putting me in another one from his dealership. He was very friendly, provided excellent customer service and we were able to drive away in a car that meet our expectations and it also had a price we could afford in spite of our not so great credit scores!!! Because of him we will refer everyone we know that could possibly be looking for a newer car!!! Thanks Dwayne Roberts because you were wonderful and I woukdnt have been able to do this without you!!! Outstanding!!!

Selling the Forte is their forte!
My husband decided to buy a Kia car and did buy a 2015 Kia Forte. James Gilbert helped us and was very professional. My husband put down the down payment and decided to come back the next day to complete the sale. When we arrived at the dealership today, Mark Faiber was present and informed that he would help us as James was going to be late. Mark was very knowledgeable about the car and even explained how timing belts and chains work. Since my husband's car was on a lease, the possibility of a bigger payment loomed. He was ready to walk away, but the manager "ate" some of the money as not to lose the sale. We are grateful that Mark was willing to work with my husband. The Forte is a beautiful car, and we look forward to getting good use out of it.
