Amazing

Great experience!

Patty was professional and personable. Car dealers make me nervous but she helped the sale go smoothly and Jamal in financing helped a lot, too. 5 stars!

Had a great experience!

Patty was the best salesperson I’ve ever been too. I will definitely be buying all my cars in the future from her and will recommend her to all of my friends, just like my friend recommended her to me. She made the buying process nice and smooth and quick! Addy from billing was great too and even Dante was very helpful.

Great Experience

Carl Tedeschi approached us and was a tremendous help. He was truly an amazing sales representative, probably the best I’ve ever encountered. He was friendly, answered every question we had, respectful, and a pleasure to do business with. As first time car buyers, he explained every step of the process and made the car buying process as stress-free as possible.

Lack of Transparency

Wanted to buy a car from dealer which was advertised on cars.com. I read some of the poor reviews and before wasting my time I asked them to confirm the price over email. Salesman refused to do so. Does not seem like an unreasonable request. Other dealers had no problem confirming that what they listed the car for was in fact true. Definitely would not trust them. Obviously you can judge for yourself.

Great deal.

Bought 2 cars in one day. Best price of all places we looked. “Ray” the salesman went out of his way to get me the color I wanted. Everything went very smoothly. Very nice showroom with beautiful cars.

Car Review

I just recently came in and met with Lou. It has been many years since I bought a car from a dealer, and my past experiences did not go well. Lou went out of his way to make me feel at ease and was not pushy. He truly made me feel like he wanted me to be happy with my decision and went above and beyond to help me. He is a dedicated worker who stayed long after hours to ensure everything went smoothly. He assured me that I can always feel free to contact him even after the deal was made. I was very impressed with Jamal in Finance as well. The process did take some time but he was patient with me and also truly gave me the impression he wanted me to be comfortable and happy with my experience. Anthony in the service department was another very kind, helpful person. I didn’t buy a brand new car, but it only had 8400 miles on it. I needed to come back for a key fob for the car that needed to be programmed. What a nice experience!!! I met another woman who was getting her car serviced and she raved about the place!!! Came in with my mom to purchase a K-5. She worked with Lou to get the price she was willing to pay and was satisfied with the overall service.

Big Lou was the best part of buying a used car!

Lou was not a pushy salesman and very accommodating. The dealership was average. Was not impressed with detailing of vehicle. Air filter was unacceptable which was something that should have been done with the initial oil change. Since detailing of vehicle was fair, Lou went above and beyond and to make it better. Financing took took long in my opinion. Perhaps need more help in that dept.
