Great to work with!

I loved the way we were treated here. Even though we weren't able to get approved for financing here I would certainly refer someone to Frontier Motors. Corey was a great help in trying to help get me into a vehicle that was right for me and my family.

Been there several times, haven't purchased anything at this time but I have always been impressed with their excellent inventory, sales staff. They have always been very helpful in my search for the right vehicle. Hopefully they come up with one of the ones I intend to purchase. Prices are a little high but will deal when I find the first one I want.

The Frontier experience was GREAT!!

I was looking for a GMC truck and Robin Rainey found me one. She was professional, thorough and diligent in the process and I could not be happier with the vehicle and the price was right. This was my first experience with the folks at Frontier Motors but it won't be the last. Much appreciated, Robin!!!

Glad I went to Frontier to buy my used truck!

Found a truck I was looking for online in their ad. Contacted salesman by phone, got good, sincere, truthful info. When met the salesman at dealership, was pleased with his approach and the fact that he listened to what I had to say. There inventory wasn't junk, their office was neat and clean, and associates were professional. Negotiating a deal on the vehicle was no pressure, and satisfying. Had an overall good experience. Would definitely recommend buying a used vehicle from Frontier Motors, in Pensacola, FL I truly believe, they want to satisfy their customers, and the put forth a sincere effort to do so.

Consistently great service over at least 10 years.

We've purchased at least six or seven cars from Frontier over the past ten years and every time the experience has been terrific. We've gotten the cars we wanted at very fair prices without all the usual hard sell thing you get at other dealerships. We've never had any trouble with the vehicles; they've always been as represented. And, Frontier has even recommended vendors to get leather upholstery when one of our cars came without. It was cheaper to get the upholstery done ourselves than pay more for it already in the car. That's what they told us and that turned out to be exactly right.

Excellent experience.

Having researched on line, I knew about what I was looking for. I told Ray Shy what my price range was and what sort of vehicle. He didn't try to sell me something different or higher priced. I felt he really wanted me to be pleased with my purchase. I have never bought a car by myself and had my guard up, however, I never felt that anyone was trying to take advantage of me. I did buy a car and am pleased with my experience. (I'm glad I didn't read any of these reviews, I might have missed a good experience!)

waste of time, money, and effort

Worked out a price, which the sales manager then reneged on, squeezing another $400 on the price. Then, once i agreed to pay that and the bank mailed the check, and i paid insurance so i could drive it home, the dealer called and said that the engine light was on and the blue tundra needed $2000.00 repairs. The dealer then tried to get me to pay for half of the repairs. I had to call fedex to stop the check. I spent money and took alot of time, and i still dont have a truck. I would advise to avoid this place at all cost.

Ads are a gimmick

Their ads to buy your car to sell are just a gimmick to get you in to buy something else. If it's an inconvenience to take your car there - don't do it. They'll claim they would just wholesale it but their wholesale guy is out that week (and probably the next week and week after too). They also claim emails won't go through to your email - complete nonsense. They just don't want to put anything in writing.

Best Experience Ever

Found a car in their inventory on line priced well below the book value. It was a one owner clean car-fax, low miles etc. car, so I called and spoke with Robin Rainey and arranged to drive it. There was no photo on line because the vehicle literally just arrived on the lot. We made a tentative deal pending my returning the next day and driving it in the day time on the interstate etc. They handed me the keys and let me go by myself. Robin took care of every concern. That morning she had the oil changed and the car washed and cleaned up. The keyless entry code for the car was missing from the paper work, so Robin arranged for me to take it to a locksmith and they recovered the code and then programed my own selected code for the touch pad. When I asked about a cargo cover (like a window shade, pull over to cover etc.) Robin looked into it and found it was a hundred dollar accessory. She got me one, no charge. I went by and picked it up! I can't say enough good things about this experience and Robin. They also gave me slightly more than the book value of my car in trade. Yes I too got a beautiful looking cake. I highly recommend Frontier Motors and Robin Rainey.
