Did not do a thorough inspection at first.

Did not do a thorough inspection at first. Was told that the battery needs to be replaced. Once we told them that the battery was 2 weeks old they went back and did a real inspection and found the cause. Was disappointed that a complete inspection was not done at first.

Taylor was awesome.

Taylor was awesome. She found the perfect vehicle for me (has everything I wanted plus more). Very patient with me through the entire process. Finance was upfront and explained everything so I could understand it. I highly recommend going there to find your new or used car

I will leave a review. I'm sure you know-this was not a good experience. The team did a nice job on the detail but that does not rectify the entirety of this experience. Not to mention-this vehicle is barely a year old and having a HUGE issue. Oil leak from cam shaft and oil pan. I am not stopping with spotlighting this situation. Thank you for following up with a car detail but it did not fix the treatment from the start or throughout the ENTIRE MONTH in which you had my car. Not to mention the customer service portion of this encounter. I may have been more receptive to this defect had we started out with trust and respect-we did not.

The worst experience I’ve had in all my car purchases.

The worst experience I’ve had in all my car purchases. Agreed upon a trade in value not once but twice and drove from another state to make the purchase. After I arrived the sales man informed me they would not honor the trade in value and had a pretty poor attitude toward the Chevrolet brand he was selling. Got a call from the sales manager the same day after driving back home to another state. He informed me that although it was wrong on their part it would be a teachable moment for his sales team. The most unprofessional example of bait and switch I’ve been a witness to. They also made no attempt to rectify the wrong and it appears that the customer is the last thing the Stoler family is concerned about. Reached out to the current president but he must not have time to answer complaints about moral and unethical practices at his dealerships. I would have to assume that these practices are taught and accepted from the highest levels of the Stoler groups management and from the current owners. Filed a report with the BBB and the Chevrolet executive team.
