I had the absolute pleasure of working with Drew
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Drew Broseker. He found the right car, keeping the essential non negotiables at the forefront during whole interaction. I really felt heard and respected. He took his time and explained everything to me. He was able to answer all of my questions and got me a great deal. Im so happy with my 2025 cx5 and cant wait to buy from them again.

Thank you for sharing your experience working with our team to find the right Mazda CX-5. We’re glad the process felt respectful and that every question was addressed. Congratulations on your new 2025 CX-5, and we look forward to assisting you again.
They’re selling cars with inaccurate miles for top
They’re selling cars with inaccurate miles for top dollar. The carfax clearly shows a truck with ~200k saying it only has ~60k and asking absolute top dollar. This can’t be an oversight as the carfax clearly shows a mileage discrepancy. It had more miles in its first couple years than what they’re claiming it’s had in its whole life. $20k for a truck over 20 years old with around 200k on the odometer? Wow

This was the worst experience my wife and I have had at a
This was the worst experience my wife and I have had at a dealership. The salesman deceived us knowing the vehicle had a 1 month 1,000 mile warranty. On viewing the vehicle it had a warranty document on the passenger window. I asked confirming with the salesman that it indeed has said warranty. I also asked if the vehicle will pass an emmisions test. The salesman said yes. After paying with cash we were told they would mail us the paper work. We purchased the vehicle on 11/15/25 and as of this review have not received any other paper work. We only received a bill of sale at the time of sale. We drove the vehicle 71 miles home and the engine light came on. We took the vehicle to our mechanic and the code indicated "large evap leak''. We immediately contacted the salesman who informed us we do not have a warranty because we signed a "as is". This is where the deceiption apparently occured. They refused to repair the vehicle, so we are responsible for the repair. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the salesman and their practices,He immediately hung up on me. I called the manager leaving a message and have not received a return call. To make matters worse, we transferred our tags from our previous vehicle to the new . As of the date of this review, our tags have not been transferred. Our insurance agent called inquiring about the transfer and the salesman hung up on her stating "Your're just an insurance agent". I attempted to call the individual who transfers the tags. I had to leave a message with Kristin. To date, once again no return call. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership,"Buyer Beware'

I went down to look at 2018 Toyota today.
I went down to look at 2018 Toyota today. I think that was one of my worst experiences ever having with a dealer. I told them I already had 7 offers on my truck. I told them they would have to at least come down to what the vehicle they are selling is worth. In great condition kbb was saying that it is worth about 28k. They had it listed for 32k it was on there for 31k was also on there for 30k each week they change the price. They didn’t want to work with me at all on coming down on that truck and I see why it’s been on there for 58 days. Even the manager had no interest to hear me with anything about what I was trying to accomplish or anything. That dealership is a piece of xxxx

Received a mailer from them saying if I matched six of the same symbol, I could win a certain amount of money. I matched. There was a number to call, it saud congratulations, you're a winner. It was for $1000. I didn't trust it, so I called. I spoke to a women to whom I explained my call. She confirmed I was a winner. I said, so all I have to do is bring my card, and I get $1000, she answered yes. My neighbor received the same, so we drove over there. We were greeted by a young man who we told upfront that we were not interested in buying, we were there for the contest. He asked what year my car is, I said 2025. His comment was, "are you sure"?. Mistake #1. We got inside, he said he needed our driver's license. I said, neither of us is interested in buying a car. Mistake #2. He then proceeded to tell us we had to go look at a board to see if out serial numbers matched, of course, they didn't. We won $5. This is a total scam. I would NEVER buy anything from Rich Morton Mazda. Absolute crooks! Then, we had to wait forever to get our measly $5. Crooks, scammers, however you want it worded, that's what they are. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs!
Avoid This Dealership at All Costs! **PLEASE READ** If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. At the end of January, I visited this dealership, excited to finance my first brand-new 2025 Mazda CX-90. I arrived around 7 PM and patiently waited over an hour before being paired with Marcus. He was honest and told me my initial request was unrealistic, which I appreciated. Since they were still evaluating my trade-in (a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL), I went to retrieve my keys, assuming the deal wasn’t going to work out. That’s when another salesperson stopped me and insisted, “How do you know I can't get you what you want until I try?” Hesitantly, I handed back my keys and continued waiting—past closing time. Eventually, we got close to the deal I wanted, but I made it VERY clear that I was not interested in leasing. Multiple times, I asked Marcus, "I'm not leasing this, right?" and each time, he assured me, “No.” Even in the finance office, I confirmed again, "This isn’t a lease, right?" Again, I was told “No.” Because it was late, I was rushed through the process and told I could come back Monday to retrieve the rest of my belongings from my old car. When I returned, I was informed that the detailing team had already "cleaned out" my vehicle. Five random items were left in the front seat, and I assumed the rest had been placed in a bag in my trunk. Wrong. I later realized that they had thrown away everything. My garage opener, dash cam, CDs, important documents from my glovebox, my middle console items, my car decor—all gone. My personal belongings were literally trashed. When I confronted them, they basically shrugged and said, "Sorry, nothing we can do." If that wasn’t bad enough, in April 2025, I discovered my temp tags had expired, and my plates were suspended because they failed to cancel the registration on my old vehicle. When I contacted them, they admitted it had “slipped through the cracks.” Now, I have expired tags, a suspended registration, and I’ve been waiting for a callback for hours with no resolution. This dealership is dishonest, careless, and completely unprofessional. They misled me into signing a lease, threw away my personal belongings, and failed to handle my registration properly. If you’re considering buying a car here, DON’T. Learn from my experience and take your business elsewhere.

My salesman's name was Dylan.
My salesman's name was Dylan. He was very nice but nice just doesn't cut it he didn't know very much about the vehicle I asked him what the extra key dangling off of the fob was and he said in case your father don't work you can use the key but he didn't show me how I had to Google it look in the book and figure out that it went inside the fob? I asked if it had Serious XM afraid two or three month trial and he said no so I said okay then a 6-month trial for free so when I want to try to figure out how to work it I found out that the car was not equipped with Sirius XM which I wasn't told. I would have never bought the vehicle without that because I love music and I don't have anything to listen to except the radio which sucks. Very disappointed no wonder they couldn't sell the vehicle I feel like I should have gotten a couple more thousand off of it since it was a 2024 and it didn't sell I bought it in 2025 March they just want their money and that's it very very disappointed and won't recommend anyone to go there because now when I go to sell the car they probably won't give me what the car is worth and who else is going to buy it it doesn't have Sirius XM!

Disappointing Experience at Morton Mazda - Overpriced and
Disappointing Experience at Morton Mazda - Overpriced and Unfair Trade-In Practices I recently visited Morton Mazda in search of a used vehicle suitable for my family. The SUV I found initially appeared promising, offering the features and comfort I needed. However, there was a significant discrepancy in the asking price, exceeding the average market value by more than $1,000. I attempted to negotiate a reasonable price adjustment, not expecting a dramatic discount but hoping for more than the mere “It’s already competitively priced” offered. To support my request, I presented the sales representative with five comparable listings, all priced over $2,000 lower. Despite this evidence, he maintained that their vehicle was "competitively priced," which was clearly not the case. In today's market, paying above market value is simply not a sound financial decision. The dealership's valuation of my trade-in was equally disappointing. While I acknowledge my vehicle is not in pristine condition, it is in good working order. Morton Mazda offered me $2,000 less than I anticipated. To verify their offer, I obtained an instant cash offer from the same source they use, receiving $1,500 more than their valuation. When I presented this information, the sales representative simply declined my offer, which was perplexing given that I was the customer. While I understand dealerships need to make a profit, the practices I experienced felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge and undervalue. The staff was courteous, and I have no complaints about their customer service. However, their insistence on "competitive pricing" and "best car" claims seemed to mask a strategy of maximizing profit at the expense of fair dealing. I strongly advise potential buyers to conduct thorough research before purchasing from Morton Mazda. Compare prices, obtain independent valuations, and be prepared to negotiate firmly. While they may be friendly, their pricing practices are questionable. I hope this detailed account helps you make an informed decision.
