Everyone I interacted with was positive and helpful. Dan, Antwane & Renee did a great job of helping me purchase the vehicle I wanted. I also received a follow-up call a few days later to see how everything was going. I had a great experience.

Not a good experience

I bought a 2022 outlander that had scratches in 2 places (supposedly easily fixable, but this was untrue) and my contract stated that the scratches would be repaired. They repaired one scratch after weeks of back and forth and then the manager apologized for forgetting about the second scratch, but said they would fix it. They have now ghosted us and I would never buy another vehicle here. It has been an ongoing headache and I took the vehicle for a quote to repair it myself and it would be $500! They also never sent me the promotional gift card for my test drive.

Did not title car

I bought a new car on June 8th. They charged me for the tax and title, but as of August 26th they still have not applied for the title transfer. Every time I call they have a different excuse. The temporary plate expired. I got an extension and that is about to expire also. I asked Antwerpen to refund the TTL so I can apply for the title myself. They refused.

Buyer Beware

Sold us a pre-owned car with wheel locks and didn’t provide us with a key, made getting a flat a major ordeal. When brought to their attention they offered no help and took zero responsibility. Makes us wonder if the key ever existed and how they could have inspected the car without it. After reading other reviews here it might be time to file a report with ASED and investigate their possibly unethical business practices.

New Car

Very good. They did a fantastic job of giving me a great price to purchase my new car. I met this amazing car dealer named Peter Harrison and he was a nice and patient person to work with. The company is lucky to have such a helpful staff member like him.

Great job!!!

They sales guy Kenny Pettrel he was great. Very understanding on what I was looking for. The experience was great. If I have any friends looking for a car I will make sure to have them check out there cars first.

I have had the best experience with John fortuna he has walked me through what I needed step by step he was very patient with me I would refer him as a salesman to anyone he cares and gets the job done . Thank you

Used Lexus

Drove to the dealership after talking to sales about the condition of the interior. Was disappointed by the worn leather seats that had cracks and missing leather and was told the seats were excellent. Sat down with salesman after saying that the seats could be replaced. The price on the internet and price on paper were $2000 difference. Would not even get back to the internet price claiming it was the trade in deal which was $3500 minimum. Terrible customer experience!

tried charging 5k more than internet price they promised.

The GM tied to say that didn't include the 1400 fee so now it was 1400 more than internet price. Cargurus.com indicates the history that they raised the price of the car the day I was to buy the car. Kenny never tried to call me and rectify it. My credit was dinged, my insurance was changed before I was given written proof (obvious verbal is not set in stone)
