He rest of the Liberty Antwerpen Team were very friendly as well. Although, the process of buying a car is lengthy they never seemed impatient. This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own (no co-signer). Antwerpen beat the price of other dealers with a newer model car with less miles. Tim Winslow was very friendly and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I was a little nervous making the purchase, but the staff helped make the experience smooth. Antwerpen is by far the absolute worst dealership we have ever dealt with and we have been to our fair share of dealerships! We spent hours there waiting and waiting which was just poor customer service. When it came time for the numbers game this is where it got bad. Salesman, sales manager, and general manager all involved and all were horrific. Finally spoke with the GM thinking it would get better and it was only worse! We were so disrespected by everyone. They could have cared less if we bought the vehicle. Also, they are liars and scammers! They tried to throw in extra fees and warranties without even talking with us but saying that is the final price. They were cocky, arrogant, and had major attitude problems if you questioned anything they were doing. And something funny that happened while we were there was they ended up losing a car and couldnt find it anywhere! I hope someone took it! Maybe if they were a little more professional as a dealership, things like that wouldnt happen! I could go on and on about our horrific experience with them but pretty much I just want to warn anyone to NOT go there. Thankfully we did not give them our service and we will gladly pay a little bit extra for a car at any other dealership!

They seemed to care about our business and make sure that we left happy with the service and the deal we were walking away with. I was followed up on occasionally throughout my car buying process, but did not feel pressured by Antwerpen. I appreciated them staying well past closing time to see this deal through!
