I loved the on-line ability to react to your service department. I literally walked my dog and updated the site to give my preference for service, reflecting what was found in the inspection.

Larry H Miller is pretty great, the only thing I’d have to gripe about was during my inspection. The technicians took my paperwork, insurance, and registration out of the glovebox to check the air filter (not a big deal). Apparently the first tech took those documents out and set them onto the floorboard…and just left them there. When I went to pick up my car, I came back to a mess of papers on my floorboard (not cool). Overall, great and professional dealership. The service department’s courtesy could use a little more TLC though.
