Despite having been a Koons Toyota customer for three previous car purchases, and after three visits from the manager, they were only willing to knock $100 to $200 off the asking price. This was also after they only offered me $4000 for my car that Carmax could be at $6500 a week or so before. This is definitely a high volume place and building relationships with customers doesn’t seem to be a priority.

I would like to first thank everyone involved with the purchases of two vehicles for my husband and me,. I had a bad situation with the Customer Sevice at Heritage Toyota in Owings Mills Md. My last three vehicles were Toyotas so that's the vehicle I wanted to stay with My first contact was with Ron Howard, manager. After I explained my situation about my having negative equity on my vehicle he assured me they would be able to help me. Ron Howard showed great leadership in forwarding me to two knowledgeable and caring people who knew their job. Joanne Virligio, Sales Agent, and Josh Finance Officer were excellent with great customer service. They made me feel at ease. My husband purchased a 2020 Toyota, Camry and I purchase a 2020 Toyota, Rav 4. I told Joanne exactly what I wanted and when I arrived she indeed had what I was looking for, with extra safety features. The whole transaction went smoothly. We both are truly satisfied. I commend both Joanne and Josh on excellence.

Very dishonest and unethical! Will not stand behind their word will refuse to talk with you if they feel it’s not their problem, GM very unprofessional as well as his cars sales manager. Plenty of other dealers around don’t waste your time or money with these crooks

My wife and I drove up from Manson, NC to purchase my Toyota Tundra. We worked with a new salesman, James Lammey. We could tell he was somewhat nervous but, he did a great job answering our questions and following up on any of our requests. He had the truck detailed, gassed up and, ready to go when we got there an hour earlier than promised. He really went out of his way to make us feel special throughout the entire process. A gentleman named Jeremy helped us finalize the paperwork and he was not only courteous, he found us a slightly lower interest rate. I would definitely recommend James (and Jeremy) to anyone interested in a new Toyota. I was able to get the truck I wanted at a more than fair price. thanks James!

I have purchased 6 new Toyotas from Koons In Westminster in the past. This was the first pre-owned car I purchased, RAV4, and it was a very pleasant experience. My daughter and I worked with Brian Gerber and he was awesome. He spent a lot of time with us and made us feel very comfortable. My daughter (who is 20) said "He is a really nice guy. I did not know care salesmen were so nice." I agreed 100%. If you are going to buy a pre-owned car from Koons ask for Brian Gerber. I used the internet to search for RAV4 vehicles within a 200 mile radius. Koons had the best value (lowest mileage, competitive price and best condition vehicle). The Koons staff makes you feel very comfortable when purchasing a car! If your in the market for a new or pre-owned Toyota, give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I wanna say thank you so much on letting us purchase my first Subaru. I can say i love everything about it and have been recommendin you guys to my co-workers cause you guys did a wonderful job and the first time we got to own a vehicle in my husband's and mine name together and it was a wonderful place to stop by at and Damien you were wonderful and so helpful...we thought that we wouldn't be getting a new vehicle til Feb 2017 but you were so nice and helped us out and we greatly appreciate it lots... This place has the absolute best service ever. I had no intention on buying a vehicle at the time & I didn't think I would be able to get a loan but within a couple of hours I was driving home in my dream car!
