Meet Jay Badiang

Jay, my service advisor, helped me to decide which service is necessary to perform in an honest fashion.

I have been dealing with Koons of Westminster since the early 1990s and have always been respectfully treated. I have been pleased with driving Toyotas finding them very reliable vehicles. I like how the dealership stays on top of when the car needs servicing and sends reminders and/or calls. During the pandemic, they arranged to transport the car to the dealership and home again. When I wait at the dealership for the car to be serviced, there is a very comfortable lounge.

Great service. Easy to deal with. Jay our service representative is great to deal with and the communication is great. It’s nice and very comforting to go there cause they care about the customers and their vehicles.

Very dishonest and unethical! Will not stand behind their word will refuse to talk with you if they feel it’s not their problem, GM very unprofessional as well as his cars sales manager. Plenty of other dealers around don’t waste your time or money with these crooks

My 19yr old daughter and I walked in the used dealership at Koons Toyota a couple Fridays ago. Received a good deal on a trade in and an even better deal on a gorgeous reliable 2013 Toyota Corolla. We were lucky enough to have a great Salesman Jay B. whom made us feel comfortable in what is typically a stressful situation, he was very professional, helpful and patient during our process. Jeremy V. in finance was very knowledgeable and helpful. We left Toyota feeling like we made the best decision. I will absolutely go back for any and all future auto trade ins and purchases. Jay B. is definitely our car guy for life now !!

My sales person Jay Badigang didn't plays games with me or make empty promises. He said he would his best and he delivered. I was there most of the evening but I left with the car I wanted. I will go back!!!!!

I can say that I am very happy with my purchase from Koons of Westminster. When I talked to the salesman about the vehicle I wanted from another Koons dealer. He was able to find out if they still had it and was able to have it there for me the next day. The process was very smooth. So stop in and ask for Jay.

This place has the absolute best service ever. I had no intention on buying a vehicle at the time & I didn't think I would be able to get a loan but within a couple of hours I was driving home in my dream car! Jay in sales & Jason in finance make the buying process so much easier & worry free. These guys are the best! They will make it happen.
