Koons Toyota of Westminster is truly the standard for Toyota. They are not like Toyota of Annapolis which represents the worst. My congratulations to Toyota of Westminster.

The staff is efficient, friendly, and responsive. The work done was above average. I have been going there for over 2 years for regular maintenance.

I like how Koons always contacts me when it’s time to schedule a maintenance visit since I can never keep track of when they are due. It was easy to schedule a convenient day and time. I waited in the comfortable lounge until the inspection was complete. I informed the technicians to look for a possible squirrel’s nest under the hood, which they did and discovered one. It was removed and Molly Clemons suggested a rodent spray, which seems to be working. The whole visit took a little over an hour. Koons always does a great job.

Every experience I have with the dealer ship has been good . They are prompt and explain everything to me. I would buy a car there again . The service department is very efficient.

Todd was great he’s professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and took the time to keep me informed as to work on my Toyota continued absolutely wonderful experience.

The service department at Koons was outstanding during today’s maintenance visit. Todd E and George B provided excellent advice related to my Sienna’s upkeep and went above and beyond when troubleshooting additional issues that needed to be dealt with. I really liked how these guys interacted with me and helped proceed to a successful visit. It’s just not necessarily like that when I visit other dealership service departments. Finally, thumbs up to their waiting area … very comfortable and accommodating.

Great pickup service. Great communications, fair price with the coupon. Will be back for more great service.

I have been dealing with Koons of Westminster since the early 1990s and have always been respectfully treated. I have been pleased with driving Toyotas finding them very reliable vehicles. I like how the dealership stays on top of when the car needs servicing and sends reminders and/or calls. During the pandemic, they arranged to transport the car to the dealership and home again. When I wait at the dealership for the car to be serviced, there is a very comfortable lounge.
