Thank you thank you thank you Westminster Toyota!! Each and every step of my experience I felt not only well taken care of but cared for! Each and every associate that I interacted with was fantastic beginning to end; Brooks, Bob, Jason, and impressively, Nigel Hayes/GM. Purchasing vehicles is not something I look forward to, that being said, I don't believe I could have had a better experience than the one that I had at Westminster Toyota. They went above and beyond my expectations.

New 2017 Highlander

Excellent buying experience on my new 2017 Highlander Limited. I have bought previous vehicles from Koons and each time has been rewarding. Rob Morris (sales) was very helpful and knowledgeable on the new features of the 2017 Highlander. I have used the service department at Koons Toyota previously and it has always been clean, efficient reasonably priced - kudos to Todd service manager.

this is in reference to the salesperson named Kiem. we had been dealing back and forth via email for pricing for a new SR5 Premium. the subject of the email said "SR5 Premium". He even send specs for the same vehicle. When I received a good price and I wanted to go the dealership and buy the car, he comes with the most stupid excuse ever! He told me he was quoting me for SR5 and SR5 Premium. I have his emails if anyone wants to see how ridiculous this sounds. Dealership could be good or great but this guy, Kiem, I wouldn't deal with him at all. The dealership lost a deal because of this irresponsible behavior from the sale rep. He is brave enough to throw his manager under the bus to cover his mistake.

Exceptional experience

This was an awesome purchase experience! I would highly recommend Koons for their courteous and professional treatment from beginning to end. Our salesperson Damien Lacks was friendly and very accommodating. Managers George Thompson, Regina Kuperman, and Nigel Hayes were all extremely helpful and engaging. A smooth and efficient process made this one of the easiest automobile purchases I have ever made. Truly exceptional and highly recommended!

Would buy another vehicle at Koons

I am a single mom and could not have been happier with the salesman, service and the entire staff at Koons. I had a 4-Runner and bought another one! Unfortunately, I visited a number of other dealers before going to Koons and wish this would have been my first and only stop!~!! Love Toyota and the team was extremely professional, courteous and helpful!!! Won't go anywhere else!!!!!!

Satisfaction Guaranteed

I purchased a vehicle I wasn't comfortable with and came back the next business day. They worked hard to get me into a truck that I am extremely happy with. The 7 day advantage is a huge advantage. I went to Koons Westminster because the competitive online prices. When you support a business you support the employees and their families. The friendly and knowledgeable staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Its a good feeling to support good people who give you such a high level of service.

The Great EXPERIENCE

Make sure you work with Mary Ann McMorrow. She not only keep us engage with an hour conversation while the finance department was backed up waiting for our paper work on a RAV4 XLE but her knowledge on the car was amazing. She answer all questions quickly and in a very friendly manner. I was nervous at the time and she was able to rela me and put my anxieties aside,Since the car that I wanted wasn't in the shop Mary Ann delivered it to my house and spent an hour explaining the navigation system as well as many of the features of the car. Thank you nigel for setting me up with a super sales women.

Toyota purchase.

I originally called Koons to inquire about a 2015 Toyota Corrolla that was in transit to the shop. I spoke to Nathan and Nigel through email and on the phone to find a good time for me to come look at the car. Since the car was not at the shop, the called me as soon as it came in to let me know I could come down at anytime. Two days later, Nathan had the car all ready for me to see and cleaned off. Nathan even had the car set up in the garage so we wouldn't have to walk out in the cold to look at the car. Since my family liked the car so much, we started the buying experience right away. Nathan was very polite and had everything ready as quickly as possible. When we went to the financing office, Jeremy helped us pick the right warranty that would fit within our budget. He even suggested what package we should pick within our budget. We will definitely be returning for any of our vehicle needs! Thank you Koons!!!

My first toyota truck.

Pleasantly surprised! My first dealings with staff at Koons Westminster. EVeryone there was very eager to help my wife and I. Last several cars and truck have been Chevys. Very impressed. My brother-in-law and wife and their son all have bought vehicles from you and have been very pleased. The whole buying experience was remarkably smooth. Each team player was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making us feel very comfortable in our decision to go with the Toyota Tacoma. Would highly recommend dealership others.
