Great Service
Kevin, Chris and Jim were great to work with. I have been a satisfied/repeat customer for many years; there is an Audi dealership 10 minutes from home but I go to Mendham, 40 minutes away, because of the staff and level of service.

Purchase Experience
My salesperson, Bonnie Stelletell, was knowledgable, courteous and extremely professional. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions and texts, even while she was on vacation! In addition, the management staff at Audi of Mendham were also very helpful during the process and made the leasing of my new Q7 easy and a very delightful experience.

Excellent staff and service
Jessica McNamara was very responsive and professional. She worked hard to assure I found the car I was looking for even thought it was a bit of a difficult task. I was talking with three other dealerships and Jessica stood out vs the others, which is the reason I ended up purchasing my car from Audi Bridgewater. The rest of the staff that assisted during the purchase were also very helpful and professional. When it comes time to trade in my car I will definitely call Audi Bridgewater and Jessica first.

Audi A4 Service in NJ
All persons I dealt with were professional and friendly. The service experience was easy with no hassles (drive-in, provided me with a loaner car) - so I could get to work on time. The service persons made appropriate phone calls to me to discuss my car issues, cost of service, etc. The final work was completed in a timely manner and (I believe) well done from what I can tell (front brake linings and oil change). Really appreciate my car was cleaned on the outside as well.

Amazing Service Team
Overall, my visit was nice and easy. When I arrived I was immediately acknowledged/assisted. The time quoted for the service was right on point. Then, come the end of my appointment - it was a simple rundown, key exchange and good-bye. Plus, from the moment I pulled into the service port to the moment I exited, everyone I came in contact with at Audi of Bridgewater were all beyond kind and professional.

Easy to access (It was easy for me to book a service appointment with my desired date and time) Friendly Staffs Professional service (no hassle, no waiting, very neat loaner, service complete on time) Flexible service hours (7 am - 7 pm) Amenities and pastries (I actually like your smaller size pastries rather than those giant muffins or Danishes. Quality is good)
