After a perfect purchase experience, I had a problem with my Q5, so I called the Sales associate who connected me to the GM, and then he to the Service Manager, who had me bring the vehicle in right away. Everyone in the Sales and Service Department worked together to ensure that I received everything I needed, including transportation, and the certified technician that worked on my new SUV was well trained to find the problem, and fix it right the first time. I'll be back again when I need service or to buy another car.

They sold me a car with rotors with heat cracks and bad pads. The service guy told me about the catalytic converter taken out. Not the sales guy. Spend 1500 to re-install. Now have to spend another 5k on pads and rotors that should’ve been inspected and taken care of prior to put on sale.
