I have never felt so welcome at a business as I have every time I have been to this dealership...Everyone very polite and never ending smiles....Everyone concerned about how to help me and make sure I was informed of my car service and my personal comfort....very impressive to me.

We arrived with an unscheduled flat tire.

We arrived with an unscheduled flat tire. The service team fit us in and repaired our tire within a few hours. Very grateful for their help.

Total experience was very good.

Total experience was very good. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because they added something with if the leather gets ripped or the paint gets chipped, and I was charged a substantial sum for something that I never ordered or wanted. I only accepted it is because they delivered the car, and it just seemed like more of a hassle if we had to change everything, other than that I would’ve given it a five.

Service appointments are never fun, but Audi North makes it a pleasant experience. Professional and kind staff (thanks Dave), very nice coffee and breakfast selection, comfortable wait area, and proficient service tech who send videos of their inspection findings and recommendations ? Great experience.

Parker was an excellent sales person.

Parker was an excellent sales person. Very helpful, very efficient, and friendly! Also a comfortable showroom and service area. Liz in legal documents area was also very competent.

Service was scheduled at my convenience. All repairs required were explained. Cost of repairs were disclosed prior to completion. Transportation was provided. Updates, including video, were sent via text message. My service advisor (Sean) was professional and courteous.

Not only was the service fantastic, but they got me the car I wanted and explained in easy to understand terms for financing. They provided anacks and drinks during signing as it typically takes a while not leaving me to starve as I'd been there for a while.
