Drove over 50 miles to find an affordable pre-owned Tacoma. It was worth the drive!! Desert Toyota offered us top dollar for our trade and a fair price for the truck. No funny price games. We were treated like royalty and received prompt, courteous and professional service!! Par excellence in our book!!

Kevin McDougal was outstanding and made the buying experience comfortable and easy. The entire team was very helpful in getting the car ready as I was completing paperwork. By the time I was finished the car was ready and waiting to drive, very nice. Based on my experience I will request to work with Kevin when I make my next car purchase for my wife. We're planning to shop for her in the next few weeks.

Sales person was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions in detail regarding the new features of the 2015 Camry XLE. And he was very polite and concerned about me as a customer.

About six weeks ago I bought a 2012 Prius. I was especially pleased with Jorge Martinez, the sales man who answered all my questions and rode with me when I took the Prius out for a test drive. An excellent experience!

I've been taking my Corolla to Desert Toyota since 2001 (had a 2002 Corolla then). They are always friendly, helpful, courteous. I take my Corolla for service every 6 months (and have done that since my first Corolla). I'm so glad I took my care in for service all those years ago because they took care of everything. Thank goodness for Desert Toyota!!

Don’t go to this (lack of) Service Department! I called to schedule an appointment and was told the first weekend appointment available was two weeks out. Made my appointment and arrived expecting my truck to be worked on. My “service adviser” wasn't even there on the day they scheduled me. One of the two “advisers” there was too busy sipping on a soda to help me. The other “adviser” was busy for about 10 minutes and when he finally was available called me up to ask why I was there. I informed him I just needed a new key programmed for my vehicle. His response was they were too busy to do that today. What’s the point to making an appointment with the service department? Very disappointed. I will tell everyone I know how bad this service department is.
