I was able to share with the sales person what I was looking for in a vehicle and funding amount. For once I didn't have an overly pushy sales person. This made my experience stress free. I wasn't intending to buy a new car, but Koons have to make that a reality.

Very helpful and understanding. Willing to negotiate to meet us at the price we wanted. Micaiah was very friendly and talked openly and honestly with us about the car and the price. My husband and I were given time to speak privately about our decision multiple times and never felt pressured.

Our car sales rep Richie Ramkelawan was patient and kind. He let me take time to test drive several cars. And he was honest and answered my many questions. He did not rush me and he let me decide which car I wanted. His help is greatly appreciated.

I purchased an SUV from Koons in the middle of October. I took my car back in to the service center in early December because my car had been rocking from side to side when i drive and i wasn't sure exactly what it was. The service center "aligned my wheels" for $100 which did not fix the problem. I refuse to take it back when they clearly didn't even take it for a test drive to see what i was talking about. Not to mention the fact that Koons sold me a used 2015 car that clearly had problems with it! Not to mention, the man who sold us the car was very pushy and clearly agitated that i asked to drive a few cars that night before i made my final decision. Definately not satisfied that i'm trying to fix this new used car that i've only had for 3 months.

Going into buying a car was completely overwhelming, but with the staff here everything was flawless. Our neighbors had referred us to Bobby Price and i couldn’t be more thankful for his help and time! I went in with one car in mind and Buddy helped weigh out all the options all while keeping my best interests.

Great customer service. We called ahead to let them know exactly which car we wanted to test drive. When we arrived, it was ready to go. With two kids in tow, things like that really help. Micaiah installed our son's carseat so he could go along for the test drive. Very smooth transaction.

Looking for a truck for 3 months and catching one the day Koons posted it, I immediately called them. Debbie answered the call with the kindest voice, and answered all my questions as well as set up an appointment with Morgan for that evening. Within a couple of min I recieved an exciting txt from Morgan, who knew all of my information and what I was looking to test-drive. Getting their at Koons, and finally meeting Morgan, she greeted us like we have been friends for years. Her personality and characteristics were beyond a 5 star rating. After our test drive, we of course wanted to purchase the truck. Even though it was close to their closing time, Morgan, Christian and Debbie stayed to finalize our paperwork. During the paperwork process there was a period of time waiting on the bank to approve the loan. Which during that time is why I said "from a dealership to a life long friendship", the 3 of us talked about life, jobs, vacations, showed pictures and lauphed at stories ... that to me was THE BEST part of our experience . Not only did we purchased a truck that we've been looking for for 3 months, but also became life long friends with Morgan, Christian and the Koons staff. They went above and beyond there call of duty and not once did ANY of us look at the time. I hope that this BOOK of a review helps to lets others know that the staff at Koons are a Team of Professionals and not only with Sales but with Heart as well. 1st that is a rare find. Buddy was very relatable. Handled every aspect well. Have every good knowledge of the vehicle I initially test drove. And was very accommodating ehen I switch to another vehicle.
