We bought a Honda Certified vehicle from Anderson Honda. After a while we realized that there was undisclosed damage to the vehicle that the dealership... had to have known about. Over the phone they told us to bring it in and they would make it right because that was obviously not how it should have been sold. After bringing it in for them to inspect and order the part we were told that our warranty didn't cover it and that it would cost us $600+. When we pushed back they offered a mere 15% discount. Of course we weren't happy so my wife had a discussion with the sales manager in order to get this resolved and he was rude, disrespectful, and insulting....all right in the middle of the sales floor. After all of that they only offered to cover half of the cost of the repair. Don't waste your time or money at this deceitful and offensive dealership.
Shopping with my daughter for a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Fit at Anderson Honda was a very positive experience. Maurice, the salesman who we worked with,... was excellent in guiding us and demonstrating genuine concern for our interests. The Finance Manager, Dustin, was very knowledgeable regarding finance options and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely shop at Anderson Honda again if in the market for a Honda.
I went in last week to test drive a Honda Ridgeline, and although used it was in beautiful shape. Lafayette helped from beginning to end, and was very... professional. he worked with a strict budget, and went above and beyond to make sure the truck was in perfect condition before I left. I highly suggest the dealership, and when I find a salesperson thats not too pushy, I like to spread the word! go see Lafayette for a test drive. lots of amazing cars on the lot
Anderson is a dealership that deals in PEOPLE and their needs. The building and facilities are remarkably unlike other dealerships (ex. a cafe inside!).... Our sales associate Raj and finance coordinator Dave were top-notch, attentive, listening, responsive to our concerns and desires. We were treated with respect and at all times received 100% attention. They merit our enthusiastic recommendation hands-down!

I had a recent problem with the check engine light on my 05' CRV. A local mechanic diagnosed the problem correctly but could not get the light to... remain off. I brought it to Anderson, who generally services my cars, and after their analysis found the problem and corrected it. it was an unusual problem that took some time but they solved it. My service advisor Jerard Sweetwine kept me informed and explained in detail the issues. I was pleased with their professionalism and they were fair and reasonable with the service cost. Very pleased.

Chris Baker was my go-to for this purchase. He and Grace were professional from start to finish. They both took the time to listen and understand my... needs. End result? I got the car I wanted thanks to their efforts on my behalf. Very helpful staff, most responsive to my inquiries than other dealers, made the process easy and did not put me through the typical car dealership circus... (ie, let me talk to my manager, lets' get you into a car today, better buy right now... etc. etc.) It was just a very easy no pressure situation and Willetta helped me out each time I needed it. As was very active in her communication with me during the process.
