Easy to deal with - let me purchase the options I wanted rather than “what all of their cars come with” for $1900 at my local Asheville dealer. Definitely worth the drive Everyone was very nice

If I could give this dealership a zero I would. After 18 emails I still don't have availability or price on a Honda Passport. I don't need bail and switch tell me the price and if the car on your internet is in stock. Dont tell me to call or send email # 19.

I did not like Sharon G at all. My husband did not either. She was too busy sizing us up to see what she could take us for. We went elsewhere.

Stopped by dealership after seeing a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. This would turn out to be my 5th purchase over the years from the dealership. My salesperson was amazing, however the finance person was a 1st class jerk! Personal opinion, he lacked in communication, he had a poor attitude and he acted as if he didn?t care to be bothered with me! Most shocking is that the car wasn?t being financed, I cut a check! He seemed disgruntled that I didn?t want to do an irrelevant survey.i spoke to the dealership manager and he offered to pay for a tank of fuel, in which I appreciate the gesture. However my respect or lack there of, can?t be bought!!!!!!!!

The manager and lady sales associate were extremely helpful. They allowed our son to drive this car for a week free of charge and with no obligation to buy. Also they gave a sizable price drop on the car. Our son was able to buy that car the following week. He and his family are enjoying it.

Bought a new 2019 Honda CRV from them in December 2019 and at that time the company would bend over backwards to take care of their customers. Fast forward to March 2021 and Dick Brooks Honda of Greer could careless about their customers. Drove 1 hour to their express service and was turned away. Will not be doing business with them again. Not only did they lose my business but have lost my sister in law who has bought 3 new Honda’s from them. This is not the same customers friendly business they used to be. Buyer beware!
