I would recommend Heritage Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Parkville. Their sales team is very honest and focused on the customer. They're accommodating and not pushy like many dealers I've been to. They genuinely want to do what's best for you... not themselves. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience.

John Smart was helpful at the beginning of the sales process by answering my email questions online and walking me through the credit application process,etc so that by the time my wife and i visited Nancy, our buying processing time was greatly reduced. Very professional and easy way to purchase a car. I appreciate the way I was treated and the respect that I was shown. A great price was presented the first time on the exact vehicle that I came in to buy. Nancy and the Sales Manager were outstanding.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, Shawn was friendly & knowledgable. We never felt pressured. We made our purchase the night before Thanksgiving & It was getting late but Shawn never mentioned the fact that we were asking so many questions and it was near closing time.
