Took into Heritage service for an out of warranty repair....

Took into Heritage service for an out of warranty repair. This is where I originally purchased vehicle. Went back and fourth with service department. Paid for engine repair but vehicle still had engine issues. Service dept never test drove the vehicle after engine repair. I had to pay additional 400 to another Chrysler dealership to complete the repair. Service manager is very unprofessional.

My feedback above is accurate. My vehicle was returned to me with repair work incomplete after paying your dealership $4,000. Poor service all the way around the spectrum of my repair. The only concern your repair shop had was getting paid for the incomplete repair and reimbursement for the rental. I should not have to take my vehicle to another dealership and pay extra money for this repair. If you have any further comments for me, please feel free to reach out me otherwise this was unsatisfactory experience with you Service department and dealership.

This is only the second time ive had service. I dont drive the jeep everyday. Ive received 2 cards for free oil changes. But by the time i need service they exp.

I also wanted to let you know that there wasn't any covering in the car. The gentleman did not have any wipes to sanitize the the area after he left. The ride home in the van was great!!! 410 433 5522

This has been my second time buying from this dealership-...

This has been my second time buying from this dealership- the first time I bought a car from my uncle (who was great). With that being said, I was unsure if I was going to receive the same kind of care and great deal since my uncle transferred to a further location (like 8 hours further)- I would be doing this on my own. Long story short, Jason was great. I really appreciated the hospitality and 10 extra miles of customer service. Also, communication was timely and detailed. I also believe that this is worth mentioning- I did not come in wanting what I pulled off the lot, BUT he helped me see why my first choice wasn't such a great choice. I did my research and added everything all up and, well... he was absolutely right. Jason was looking out for my best interest and did everything he could to keep me in my price range. I will be coming back and requesting Jason again should I require another vehicle. Kudos to Jason!! #2020JeepCompass #DuckDuckJeep

Mr. Lancing was outstanding every step of the way and went above and beyond! I did not like the brief encounter we had with Mike Reynolds. We felt put off by him and non helpful. We are glad and grateful to have Mike Lancing assist us in this process every step of the way!!! Mr. Lanciis is very good man!!!

Brian was very helpful when I came to him about trading in my 2017 wrangler. I previously purchased my 2017 wrangler from him and had a great experience so I went with him again. He helped me build the perfect 2021 wrangler and I couldn’t be more happier. He wasn’t pushy and let me decide on things on my own terms. I highly recommend Brian ! He’s very knowledgeable about Jeeps and took the time to review all the new features with me. The process was smooth and quick !

This was the best vehicle purchase experience ever thanks to Jeremy. He was prepared, fast, and answered every question. I didn’t feel pressured or sold. don’t buy from here the price it’s not true

Don’t buy from this dealer the price it’s to much I see the truck from cars.com for $60500 and he told me the price it’s $70.500 this it’s horrible dealer I see in my life
