All my questions were answered and they helped me break down my wants and needs. Exceeded my expectations. Needless to say I ended up leaving with a great deal and new car.

Kelly is truly exceptional! Grateful to have him as our service agent! Met for the first time also the new Service manager Michael and let him know about our experience. He was very welcoming as well. Kelly is very kind, caring professional and we learned a great deal about our new RDX 2025 Aspec car from him!! Answered all our questions in detail. It was our first service on our new car needed at 7,200 miles! Will come back, even though there is a much closer dealer near our home!

Steve and Kelly are excellent service advisors.
Steve and Kelly are excellent service advisors. Steve has serviced my RDX for seven years and my TSX before that. He and the mechanics take excellent care of my vehicle and advise when there are concerns. Steve will then work with me to determine what needs attention to now and what can wait so I can budget accordingly. It is very nice to have an individual that I can trust. My vehicles will not be serviced any where else. Thank you Steve!
