Good experience, as usual. Steve helped me this time and he was very helpful. One particular concern, there used to be more available appointments and earlier in the day. The timing worked out this time. Also when I came in, there was a bit of a backlog for the check-in. It worked itself out pretty quickly, but it was puts a bit more pressure on the . I know it was pre-COVID, but there used to be some help with the check-in. It never will be completely perfect, but I would be concerned about burning out your service advisors.

We purchased a service package when we bought our Honda Pilot from AutoNation Costa Mesa. This dealership has always honored the terms of the agreement and has taken care of my vehicle for little or no cost - with friendly, professional and efficient service! I can't say the same for the Crenshaw Honda Service Center that I had to take the vehicle to for service due to a manufacturers recall ..... The difference in customer care was immediately noticeable - and not in a good way ,,, I appreciate the work completed by Acura South Bay and hope I can always utilize their service!
