Clean, thorough. Text tracking of service very poor. Text messages informed of potential ssfety issues requiring immediate attention. Jaime helped with one of those major repair decisions and explained options available to me for the repair.

Go elsewhere. Bait and switch tactics? Jerry's "Internet price" was $40,121. Went to the dealer and they said ohhhh nooo. That is for local customers only. Hmmmm. Is it Internet pricing or local only customers???? Or just to get you in there ...... I believe Jon was the sales person. Not recommended either.

I was so very nervous to say the least.
I was so very nervous to say the least. I took my year old car in for service because the check engine light came on and I worked with Jamie she was amazing she made me feel calm and explained everything to me in detail and in way I would understand it. She communicated with me very well. She even went as far as to carry to heavy car seats and tv out my car to help me put it in the loner car. The young man who helped me with the loner car was nothing short of amazing he made the process easy he was very patient with me as I examined the vehicle for dents and scratches. Everyone was friendly and polite. Even Keith checked up on me. Thanks Jerry’s I appreciate your help. Oh but there was one lady at the very end who was not so nice. But the young man who checks you in and pulls your car up made up for that. Jamie thank you for all your help your customer service is just one of the reasons I will always go to Jerry’s.

Came in planning to buy used to keep within my budget,
Came in planning to buy used to keep within my budget, but after talking things through with Johnathan—who I can’t recommend enough—I left with a whole new outlook. From the start, he broke down how the current used car market is a bit unstable and, after thinking it over, I opted for a 2025 Camry SE instead. I’m usually not into hybrid or electric vehicles, but Johnathan really took the time to understand my concerns, patiently addressing each one. He even took me over to the showroom to give me a solid look and feel of the car. Once he’d handled all my objections and cleared up any doubts I had about hybrids, he wasted no time setting up a test drive. I got to drive both the AWD and FWD models, and in the end, the AWD just felt right. I wasn’t crazy about the color of the first one I tried, but Johnathan mentioned they had another in a darker color. He ended up picking out an Underground Grey 2025 Camry SE that was exactly what I wanted. Johnathan was also flexible with the pricing, working with me until we got to a point where I was really comfortable with. Overall, the experience was Exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership for its positive atmosphere and respectful staff. And if you come here, ask for Johnathan, he’s the man.
