No response after they messed up my title work. Very friendly when purchasing a vehicle but once they have their money no time for their customers. A vehicle is a major purchase, do business at places that value their customers.

Koons Ford made an offer on my car on Car Gurus, so I took it in. I was greeted at the door by Michelle McBride who walked me through the steps in a friendly and gracious manner. We arrived at a good price, I signed the paperwork, and she even removed the tags so I could return them to the MVA. Altogether a good experience!

Hello, thank you for the high rating! Our team works tirelessly to provide excellent customer service.
Absolutely incompetent. Only sold them a vehicle did not purchase. They could not pay me on the spot, said I would receive a check within 48 hrs. It took 2 weeks to receive my money. Several calls to sales managers who had no answer as to why it was taking so long. When they finally sent my check UPS they sent it to the wrong address. They sent an employee to retrieve it from the wrong address and they sent him to the wrong location (you can?t make this stuff up). I finally received my payment two weeks late.
