Andrew Ramirez is by far one of the most deceptive unprofessional service writers I have ever had the disservice of having to work with!!. First off I had an appointment and my car sat untouched for an hour as I waited finally Andrew waddles over clearly with no interest in being at work. Andrew spoke to me as if I was totally dumb with an arrogant smirk on his face as he attempted to get away with highway robbery to the tune of $200+ for two rear tail light bulbs to be replaced, This is unsavory business practice. Andrew refused to furnish documentation of the outrageous pricing. when I asked why his price was so high he rudely said well he will bring my car around so I can leave this is an hour and a half after my car sat untouched. To top off my busy Andrew proceeded to talk trash about me to the guy with the long hair in the cubicle next to his whom proceeded to give me nasty looks while making rude comments when they had nothing to do with my service...totally disgusting!. This place is totally unprofessional. I should have known when Andrew initially failed to greet me and continued on with his inappropriate conversation about how they (nationwide) can’t force him to come to work in the snow. This guy in my experience is a liability and lacks basic people skills and should be fired! Don’t walk, Run to a different dealership for service this place is awful and it’s not the first time I have had a negative experience here it’s all to familiar at nationwide service. Zero stars

oil change
complete xxxxxxxx and over-charge. Don't go do oil change if you don't want to pay about $80 for just an oil change. Never going back.

Shopping for a Pathfinder
Had driven 2 hours to a neighboring dealer under the pretense of buying a pristine 2015 Pathfinder. Got there and found I had been lied to regarding the condition. Called Nationwide and spoke to Bruce Bollino and told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me an honest evaluation of a car on the lot that fit my description of what I was looking for. When we got to the dealership, there were no disappointments. Bruce was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the previous dealership down the road. He was honest, courteous, and helpful in every way. We traded in a Subaru Tribeca on the 2015 pathfinder and could not have been more pleased, both with Bruce and the deal itself. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle and an honest salesman who still understands integrity and customer service.

I love my Infinity
It's been a week since I purchased my Infinity and I love it! The staff was awesome. Eyan was my salesperson and he was very professional and detailed. All of the information was set up prior to my arrival. Mr. Smith pointed out all the features of the vehicle and allowed me to take it for a spin on the highway. Mr. Eyan Smith Sr and Mack "just like Bernie" as he stated, was the loan officer and was amazing as well. '

Dissatisfied Customer
Received a quote and went in to buy the vehicle, and of course they did not honor the price quoted, switched vehicles which meant that what was on the other vehicle would not be on the one they want to sell you...so, then comes the We Owe promises...then they make the false promises of free gas every time your in the neighborhood...funny...because we are live 5 or more counties away.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM NATIONWIDE NISSAN
I wish this could be a zero-star rating. If you are looking for a place to bring your car to be fixed, avoid Nationwide Nissan at all costs. My experience with Nationwide Nissan has been the worst experience a customer could ever have. My NINE-WEEK endeavor started by me bringing my car into the shop stating that it needed a new transmission. Instead of confirming in the first couple of days that this was the case, they decided to take NINE WEEKS to determine that my car indeed needed a new transmission. Throughout these 2+ months, I had been put in 3 separate rental cars; which included a downgrade from my car, a car that was sold WHILE I WAS IN IT, and a car that was heavily smoked in prior to getting it. I had also not gotten a single update regarding the status of my car without me reaching out to them multiple times before getting an answer of, “We’re working on it”. When they finally contacted me 2 months later to tell me that my car needed a new transmission like I had told them on day one, I was told that Nissan would cover this cost 100%. I would not pay a dime for the repair. 24 hours later, I got a call stating that I would actually owe $1,700 towards the repair, and that if I did not make a decision to do it I would have to return the rental immediately. The manager Daryl was the most inconsiderate and least compassionate person I have ever spoken with in the service industry. He should never be responsible for speaking to a customer. Not only would he not honor the commitment to pay for the repair like I was told, he stated that he didn’t even consider me a customer and that my car needed to be out of his shop immediately. This is the worst possible location to get your car serviced, and if you ever need any help with your Nissan you should stay far away. Needless to say the repairs were not made, and I will be sure to tell everyone that Nissan does not care about their customers, and that Nationwide Nissan absolutely sucks.

Unfair and deceptive practices on a leased 2017 Juke.
I am an elderly widow who ended paying more than $9100.00 over MSRP on a lease for 42 months. More egregious is the fact that they sold me 2 warranty and service products totaling $3145.00 which was a term of 48 months. My total payments were nearly $550 per month. I have a high credit score and there was no justification for what they did to me!

Buyer Beward
The 2014 Kia Soul with 25,000 miles we purchased less than two weeks ago (CERTIFIED 152 point inspection) just cost me $600 at my local Kia dealership to replace front brake pads and rotors. I have emailed and called Nationwide with my disappointment and have not heard back from them. I even spoke with my car salesman yesterday and he told me he would call me right back after speaking with his manager. I still haven't heard from him. I would not expect this from a CERTIFIED vehicle and I would expect Nationwide to reimburse me for my cost because that would be good customer service. The car seems great otherwise. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! APPARENTLY BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS AREN'T INSPECTED ON THEIR CERTIFIED 152 POINT INSPECTION WHICH ADDED $1400 TO THE LISTED PRICE OF THE CAR THAT WE PAID FOR!!!!

We had a great car buying experienc
We had a great car buying experience with Mark at Nationwide Nissan. Not only was Mark well informed on all of the Nissan models, he was also very personable, patient, and helpful as we went through the process of purchasing our first family SUV.
