Honda of Annapolis

I went to the Honda dealer because I have always read of the high quality of the Accord, and I was comparing car brands to replace my 2009 car. I left the dealer a few days later, very pleased with my Accord Hybrid. Felipe Vasquez was so knowledgable about the car, that I became convinced it was the right car for me. He was very courteous and pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to accommodate my questions and schedule.

We purchased a new 2017 Ridgeline from Honda of Annapolis. We were served by Mark Rivers and Bill Painter, and they were very helpful and accommodating throughout. The sales manager, Steve (last name escapes me) was very straightforward and didn't attempt any strong arm sales of top end warranties ... that was a very pleasant surprise. Honda of Annapolis matched the best offers we had from other Honda dealers with very little back and forth .. another pleasant surprise. The only negative .. and this is on Honda, not the dealership... was the lack of inventory in colors other than silver, grey, white, and black. I really wanted an Obsidian Blue Ridgeline, but there was little assurance that a blue Ridgeline would be available before summer, so we went with the Forest Mist grey/green.

I was in the market for a new Pilot when I visited Honda of Annapolis and worked with Mark Rivers. He was not pushy and knows the product. After test driving the EX-L model we came to terms on price and finance rate. I will recommend this dealership to my friends in southern Md.

Replacing my Saturn Vue was hard to do. I found a suv that could live up to the standard I needed. Honda CRV has the reliability and comfort I was looking for in my new vechicle. Chris Whitesell at Honda of Annapolis was able to fit my needs financially, safety, and reliability wise. He stuck by me when I wasn't sure I was ready for a new car. Went in for the Black Friday deals and ended up getting an Odyssey. Ended up working with Dan and he made the whole process easy! Got the car i wanted( though they couldn't get me the color) for thousands less than msrp. All in all I was on the road in under 3 hours with my new car! If you're in the market Honda of Annapolis is definitely worth the trip.
