New purchase

Traveled an hour and some change to search for a vehicle and they made it happened! I originally went there to purchase a 2017 Accord but now I have a 2019 Accord and I couldn’t be happier. Marcus Humes was excellent. What I liked about him the most is that he was patient and really made sure he did all that he could more and I thank him highly for that because the process wasn’t easy being that I spent 8 hours at the dealership lol and last but not least, he still stays in touch with me and even calls me if I just send a text and that’s great customer service even after the selling process. I’m very happy. So, thank you Marcus! Also, I’ve recommended this dealership to several people! Family, friends and strangers lol

The pressure free car buying

Went to Honda of Annapolis to check out the new 2019 HRV with the sensing package. I worked with Mark my sales consultant and Steve the Sales Manager. Drove it home. Very happy!They were GREAT!

Professional Dealership!

Bought a used 2013 Dodge Ram from Honda of Annapolis yesterday. My wife and I drove over 100 miles to make the purchase. The salesperson, Dan Cahill, described the truck perfectly, (condition and so forth). When we arrived it was up front, clean, and ready to go. The process was quick, seamless, and Dan was thorough. The Finance Manager, Duane, was friendly, quick, and also thorough with the process. It was refreshing to deal with a dealership who describes used vehicles accurately and does not "oversell' over the phone!

Seamless and great value purchase experience

I am an older customer that was in the market for a new Honda. My sales consultant Mark took his time to show me the different trim levels and was a easy going person to work with. I would urge anyone who is looking for a new or certified preowned Honda to go see him.

Honda Civic

Great place and Excellent customer service especially , Matt Stouten and Marcus Humes, they were very helpful ,flexible and understandable for my needs .I recommend this place for everyone.

Horrible Customer service from sales after purchase!

I purchased a 2018 Civic. After going through all the paperwork and the dealership preparing the car it was late at night. I drove the car home. The next day my drove the car an noticed a chunk taken out of the headliner on the passenger side by the door well. I reported it to the sales person. They told me to take it to service. I went in to the sales department and showed it to the sales manager we worked with. They said they had a person that came in on Fridays that deals with this type of issue and the service department could do nothing with it, what I thought as well. I never heard back from them and reached out multiple time with nothing. I was also promised a class to show all the tech in the car and what everything could do. Never received a call about. this is not the first issue I had with this dealership, but will be the last time I will go there. Before I went to Browns when Annapolis was unresponsive. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Brown's over the years and never ever had an issue.

Amazing exciting purchase of ‘19 Odyssey

I will start with saying that my husband and I had not bought a new car in over 10 years. We knew Honda had wonderful safety features but no idea what we were about to get. We knew we wanted at least a 7 seat suv. Dan was our sales person. He was amazing! He showed us all the features and was so patient. We test drove the pilot and the odyssey. I never thought I would buy a minivan, but the space and features were unbeatable! Dan made the process quick and painless and I could not be happier! He wasn’t pushy or to quick he showed me all the choices. We love our new Odyssey and we will be back when my husband goes to upgrade. Thanks Dan!

Very good....I highly recommend this dealership

Go here for a excellent and easy car purchase. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. My salesman, Mark Rivers was so great to work with. He helped me with any and everything I needed and nothing was a hassle. I would highly recommend Honda of Annapolis for all your vehicle needs. I give them 5 stars!

Happy customer

Antonio was wonderful throughout my buying experience. Very patient and understanding of my needs. Great personality and easy to work with. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and have been very pleased.

Clarity

Went in to look at hybrids and was really impressed with the Clarity. Dan Cahill was not only extremely knowledgeable , he also helped me get a tax credit and an HOV sticker I didn't even know I could get. Great experience!
