I have been a Koons Toyota customer since 1985.

I have been a Koons Toyota customer since 1985. The service department has done all maintenance over the years. I had service done last week and Kevin Adams was professional and explained all that needed to be done. I won’t go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful service at Coons Toyota and Annapolis.

I had a wonderful service at Coons Toyota and Annapolis. I pulled in some greeting me right away and I went into the waiting room was able to read a few chapters of my book they sent text messages updating me on the process of my service upgrade and before I knew it, my car was ready. I pulled out and everything was good as new. I’m very happy with the service that they provide provided

Overfilled oil.

Overfilled oil. Obviously did not test drive. Returned to dealer and waited 2 Extra hours for cute of their mistake. No refund.

I’ve been going to the Annapolis dealership for many

I’ve been going to the Annapolis dealership for many years. My trust in their mechanics repair work is strong, but not so much in their customer service providers. They appear to push unnecessary work, provide incomplete descriptions of the work/ & cost, and don’t honor everything within a purchase or contract. They have a new Service Manager to address the complaints. I hope service gets better while I investigate other options.
