Only go here if you want to waste your time. Was scheduled this morning at 11am to look at a vehicle. When we got there the vehicle we were looking at is missing? Randy Flynn didn’t even try and sell us anything else. Didn’t offer anything else. All we got was a shrug of the shoulders and sorry it’s missing and he walked away. Super disappointed. Will not ever do business with them.

They advertised a used van for sale online and made and appointment with a salesman to view and test drive the vehicle. After a 45-minute drive, was told the vehicle failed their safety inspection and was no longer available. Of course, they had much more expensive vans they would be glad to show me - classic bait and switch! Their sales manager told me it was common practice to advertise vehicles BEFORE they were inspected! When I told him that was really bad customer relations, he simply said, that wasn't going to change. Walked out and won't ever go back.

Just No

I called and spoke to three different car sales reps to insure a car will be delivered on Friday. All backed up that claim. The car never arrived. Arrived on Sunday: I was on my way to get the car It turns out they sold the car before I got there. Told me it was a first come first served type of business.

Added $12000 over sticker price.

Added $12000 over sticker price. I said he'll no and got my new 2022 truck for sticker. This is my 6 vehicle from here. They lied about adding OEM parts to my truck. I wanted heated seats and they want to outsource the work. They lied about the protective asset protection they offer. They lost a customer for good. Mt Orab is so much better.

My car is 3 years old and was in for routine check, and some recalls being worked on. It was dropped off at 8am for a 9am appointment. I called multiple times during the day trying to get a time of when my car would be done, and would be transferred to the wrong department because Chrysler wouldn't pick up the phone, then be told I would get a call back, which would never come. Finally on the 5th attempt I got through and let them know the car needed to be picked up at 4:30, they assured me it would be ready. Nope. 4:45 and they needed another 30 minutes, then tried to sell us a car while we waited and hounded us to look at new models. Completely unprofessional. We will never be purchasing a car from Jeff Wyler again, and will be looking to sell ASAP so we don't have to deal with service like this from the dealership we purchased from. Back when we bought this vehicle the salesman offered to remove my kid's car seats from my trade in and destroyed my daughter's car seat. He literally attempted to rip it from the seat then had to cut the seatbelt of my trade in car. I made them aware it was broken because of their manhandling and they did nothing about it. Do not purchase a vehicle from them.

looked at a used truck with Jordan Mack Saturday.

looked at a used truck with Jordan Mack Saturday. Drove the filthy truck and figured I'd try to make a deal. Offered full asking price, came back with so many add ons that the price went up 11k. We left, Jordan called me Monday morning and said if I would pay the asking price they would sell it to me with no add ons. I agreed, asked for a buyers order and agreed to meet him same night at 7:30 to take delivery. He congratulated me on my purchase and assured me he already had it being cleaned. Never got the buyers order, texted twice then finally called at 4:30. He said he had been busy and was sorry he did not get back to me but they sold the truck to someone else that morning!! I asked why he congratulated me on my purchase if it was not a done deal. He said first come, first serve. I said if I knew that I would have came out immediately. He said for me to have a nice day......WOW...sells me out and doesn't even have to courtesy to call me....HORRIBLE SERVICE and BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I was working with Michael Spradlin (my salesperson) for a couple days on the purchase of a new Traverse. We spoke several times over the phone and texted regarding price. I agreed to come in to finalize the paperwork taking half day off from work. As I got there, I was greeted by the sales manager, Jerry, I think. Michael came out and we took the vehicle for a test drive, then when we got back Jerry returned to inform me that the vehicle carries a $10k up charge over MSRP "because we can!” THEY TOTALLY WASTED MY TIME! DON'T WASTE YOURS. Get a firm offer before going. They completely LIED and changed the price from what was showing online. Even online there was NO mention of this "$10k up charge over MSRP". This dealership is HORRIBLE!!! Beware.

Service Sucks

I bought a 2020 Chevy Bolt from the Chevy dealership here. I was notified that my batteries need to be replaced due to the fire risk. I called and got into the service area, after my car was in the shop, the manager called me and said there was some confusion; I didn't need new batteries I only needed a software update. Great. I got home and plugged my car in and found out he next day that the change to my software REDUCED my driving miles from almost 300 to 135! And I cannot go back into the programming to change it back; I have been locked out. The dealership has not returned my phone calls. I reached out to GM and have a complaint open. GM contacted them directly and advised they are WRONG....I need new batteries. Still no one from the dealership has reached out to me. So, I am now stuck with only have about 135 miles on my car. The problem is that I usually average 150-200 miles/day. My Bolt usually gets 250-300 miles a day! This sucks. I understand recalls happen, but the lack of communication and flat WRONG information is horrible. This is the last car I will buy from Jeff Wyler.
