My husband and I were in the market for a larger vehicle....

My husband and I were in the market for a larger vehicle. We have a daughter with special needs who requires the usage of a wheelchair. The vehicle we had was too small to fit her wheelchair. I stopped by Jeff Wyler's dealership and received the best customer service. Every employee was friendly, helpful and very inviting. We worked directly with Charles Cromer who was very informative about the Kia Sorentos. He was personalable, thorough, patient and polite. I felt confident that we were making the right decision to purchase our new vehicle. Our overall experience was excellent! I would recommend Mr. Cromer and Jeff Wyler's dealership to any family member or friend interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We were and continue to be extremely pleased with the overall customer service.

Everybody we worked with throughout the entire process...

Everybody we worked with throughout the entire process were very courteous, helpful and polite. Josh and Troy went over all the options explaining and showing us their purpose and how they worked. Also, they gave us what I considered a fair price on our trade-in.

Very happy with the experience we had buying our new car...

Very happy with the experience we had buying our new car at Jeff Wyler. Absolutely love the car. Our salesman, Samir, was extremely helpful and took care of everything we needed. He tracked down the car we wanted and had it delivered within two business days. Even came in on his day off to close the sale. He took the time to show us all the car features and was very nice to work with. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I found the purchase experience at Jeff Wyler Jeep to be exceptional. Everyone from our sales person, Chris Hamlin, throught the entire staff were professonal and responsive to our wants and need. We were purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. A completely different type of automobile than we had ever owned before. They went to great lengths to make us comfortable and to make sure the vehicle would fulfill our needs. This was a great experience in leasing a new car....

This was a great experience in leasing a new car. Considering my tough situation I felt like Larry did the best he could to meet my needs and I ended up with my dream car! It took a while for the entire process to happen though so it could have been a little bit shorter but I understand that it was a busy day.

Our experience at Jeff Wyler Nissan was very nice. Samir was a great person to work with and very friendly. He did a good job tracking down the Rogue that we wanted to buy (it was being driven by a staff member) and making sure it did have everything that we wanted on the vehicle. Robin (finance) was a very pleasant young woman who went to great lengths to make sure we understood everything that was being presented to us. We ended up being there for a while longer than we had intended but that was not the fault of anyone that we dealt with in the showroom.

Thank you Joshua Ripley and all the staff at Jeff Wyler Eastgate. This was the most efficient automobile transaction we have been involved in. We will definetly be repeat customers. Josh took the time to understand our needs and was patient while we made our final decision. Getting through the finance department was just a efficient.

i like the sale person. i like the car i got. the price...

i like the sale person. i like the car i got. the price of the car was a bet higher then i wanted to pay but i wanted the car. it also took to long 5 hours is to long i do know thing take time but still it was to long to wait. and yes i will be back to my a new car because i did like my sale person and yes i will send people to jeff wyler
