Kundert Volvo

I’m a repeat customer of Kundert Volvo, a decade ago they serviced my S60 T5 when living in Jersey City. My wife and I were in the car market looking for over a month during the car shortages (chip shortages) in February 2022. We are both above average in height, I’m 6’5”. We like the S90, but then the salesman Bernie, said why don’t you take a look at the award winning XC90. The car was the gorgeous Denim Blue with a dog & kid proof charcoal interior. It was a 2022 car, which were very difficult to find. The base stereo sounded excellent, driving and handling were crisp and responsive. We realized this was going to be our family car for the next decade, so we worked with Bernie and his finance guy to add an additional 5 year extended Volvo backed warranty. We ended up paying cash for the vehicle, even though they found us 1.8% competitive financing. I literally drove over to my bank to get a certified check, meanwhile Bernie had his team prep the car, and put on temp tags, assisted with the insurance binding, and I was able to drive the beautiful 2022 XC90 T6 home that same day with no price gouging above MSRP like so many unscrupulous dealers. In just under two weeks, Bernie calls me up, and says my plates were in. He takes me into his parts department, and helps me pick out beautiful silver license plate frames, give me a free bottle of touch up paint, and hooked me is with a nice discount on a matching Volvo roof rails. I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent service and attention we received. If I had any questions, he either called me back right away or emailed or texted answers. Such an easy transaction with a quality dealer, which has earned my loyalty.

Stay away They are price Gouging to a very high degree - wont even honor their own ad for a car purchase. We should all remember these unscrupulous dealers when this is over..

Brought our XC60 in for a 40,000 mile work—up. The waiting area was in the process of reflooring, and I was kindly warned that seating would be limited and it might be noisy. I was offered a ride to wait in a shopping area or restaurant, but declined. Can’t wait to see the spanking new room, but the accommodations were comfortable as they were. Made it through the newspaper and finished a novel in complete comfort, with staff checking periodically to make sure that remained the case. As for the main event, the car’s servicing was impeccable, and the car almost unrecognizable following a thorough wash and vacuum!

I was involved in a very bad car accident with a kia forte gt. The car almost killed me. I picked up my phone and called kundert volvo. And was introduced to such an amazing staff. Kundert volvo listened to all my concerns and picked out the car for me. I felt like I was family when I left. I purchased an extremely safe car and was taught how to use it. Erin, Billy and Sam made this process seemless. I will definitely be back for any of my volvo concers.
