Me and my wife had very good experience at Kundert Volvo selecting a new xc40. Berni was very helpful and "no pressure". Also extremally patient when we had a tough time to select a color. Since I was coming from Manhattan to pick-up my new car - Berni drove to a bus stop to pick me up. I appreciate that! We are very satisfied with the service from Kundert Volvo and will come back for more services! Here is my comment about my new xc40 momentum T5 with premium package: - missing a dome/roof light - this is unbelievable on a $40k plus vehicle!!! - would be nice for volvo to have steering wheel heating as a stand-alone option, - would be nice for volvo to have a feature to see the curb when parking (e.g. birds-eye) as stand-alone. Otherwise we are very happy with our purchase.

My biggest experience of working with Bernie is how he made the car buying process simple and easy. Not fully knowing what to expect at the beginning, I had a lot of questions and he not only answered them patiently but also helped in securing the car with desired specifications fairly quickly and simplifying the end to end documentation process. It is always helpful to be able to call him to clarify any ongoing questions while using the new Volvo.
