I was in the market for an XC90 and Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights had JUST the pre-owned vehicle we were looking for. Unfortunately(for me!), our search ended before we were able to test drive and buy the car. All communications that we had with the dealership were with John D. via text and telephone. He was most informative and helpful and when the day came to let him know we were NOT looking anymore he shook my hand(virtually) and offered his assistance in the future. That's it! I did my first service to this dealer because I bought the car here and I am so happy I did. They met all my expectations. I took a loaner car while mine was serviced and the car was brand new and clean and disinfected. Also, I noticed that they disinfected and put plastic in my car as soon as they took possession and that made me feel good and safe from the virus that we're going through. The place is spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The car was handed back washed and disinfected again as well. Thank you!

I purchased a used SUV and i would say that the dealership was honest and upfront about the car. Car was clean and prepped well for sale which was nice since i traveled from Long Island to pick it up. Even sent me off with a full tank of gas for the drive home!

Very professional service, sales rep was transparent in all requirements, process. They kept the car ready on time. Sales rep was knowledgeable and explained all the new features of the car. Overall a very satisfying experience.
