This is one of the best dealerships to work with, led by Van Dixon, a very low key, knowledgeable sales person. Very nice man who goes the extra mile fosales customers.

Emilia is a very nice and friendly lady who likes to help every question we ask. Volvo xc60 is our first Volvo car and we happy to have it. Emilia gave us every detail of car and taught us most of the function of the car. H.H Kundert is very warm and friendly environment we like to get our car from there.

Bernie was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. On the day of the pick up, he texted me videos and pictures of the new car which made my day better. He presented the car extremely well. I have never experienced such a great customer service at any other car dealership. I told them what the problem was and I was then told what would be needed to find the source of that problem, how long it was likely to take, and when I could expect to get my car back. All good. When review my service I was given options allowing me to choose which services I wanted to proceed with that were “mandatory “ vs those services that were “recommend but could wait until next visit or later.
